In terms of acceptability, both are acceptable for ECA.
WES has an advantage of international popularity i.e it is acceptable in more places than IQAS (my guess).

As an Engineer, I have chosen to use WES because I will need to use WES again for (P Eng). Although that would be a course-by-course evaluation but since they have my transcript I can use the same account to request for evaluations any time.

As good as that may sound, many demerits have been cited against WES - such include Validation from institutions which could be a big issue for many Nigerian public schools also the processing time seems to be higher. Many people have also mentioned issue of point loss based on WES evaluation being lower in some cases(e.g LLB) than IQAS.

It will do you a great good to read many of the previous posts to see what the experience of users have been.

Sorry for the delay response, But i entered EE with the accurate reference number, but the date is where the difference would come in.
Also i was advised to go in EE without the ECA by a relative already in Canada, i tot about the date too though. Do you still advise to withdraw?

Please i need your help and genuine opinion. I used an agent for my EE application.I got a request sometime ago from IRCC for last 6 months statement of account and I told my agent that I don't have it because I resigned after submitting the application last year and gave just a declaration for that and my agent told me not to worry as he has it under control. This is the mail my agent sent to me from IRCC last week below.

I need your candid advice as I cannot tell IRCC that my agent used a false document on my behalf which will lead to outright councellation.

WHAT CAN I DO as I plan to 1st withdraw it from the agent:
This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada as a member of the provincial nominee class. I have reviewed your application and all of the documents you submitted in support of it. It appears that you may not meet the requirements for immigration to Canada. Subsection 11(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) provides that a foreign national must, before entering Canada, apply to an officer for a visa or any other document required by the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations. The visa or document shall be issued if, following an examination, the officer is satisfied that the foreign national is not inadmissible and meets the requirements of the Act. I have reasonable grounds to believe that you have not fulfilled the requirement put upon you by subsection 16(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, which states: 16(1) A person who makes an application must answer truthfully all questions put to them for the purpose of the examination and must produce a visa and all relevant evidence and documents that the officer reasonably requires.
Specifically, I have concerns that the Diamond Bank statements which you have provided in support of your application and which have been verified as altered by the issuing authority are fraudulent. Further these bank statements were the only objective evidence of your work experience, and as such you have provided no objective evidence that you have the work experience claimed. Section 40(1) IRPA states that: A permanent resident or foreign national is inadmissible for misrepresentation (a) for directly or indirectly misrepresenting or withholding material facts relating to a relevant matter that induces or could induce an error in the administration of this Act. Please note that if a senior immigration officer finds that the misrepresentation is material to your application for a permanent resident visa you could be found to be inadmissible under ection 40(1)(a) of the IRPA. A finding of such inadmissibility would render you inadmissible to Canada for a period of five years according to paragraph 40(2)(a) which states: ‘the permanent resident or the foreign national continues to be inadmissible for misrepresentation for a period of five years following, in the case of a determination outside Canada, a final determination of inadmissibility under subsection (1) or, in the case of determination in Canada, the date the removal order is enforced.’ I would like to provide you with the opportunity to respond to this information. You will have 30 days from the date of this letter to make any representations in this regard. If you do not respond to this request within 30 days (by 2017/07/09), your application will be assessed based on the information currently on file and may result in the refusal of your application. Please note: All documents must be accompanied by English or French translations. When original documents are requested, notarised documents are not acceptable. The above information/documents must be received in your MyCIC account by the date stated above. Failure to do so could result in the refusal of your application.

You need to be really patient. They will get in touch when they are ready, and their processing time is getting slower and slower. I received acknowledgement 20 days after they received the documents I sent, and 14 days after they received the documents my school sent.
They have also increased their processing time to 30 days after all documents are received, so you need to relax and focus on other things, they will send it.

Going by what I have read on the subject, OND and HND may be equivalent of "2 or more certificates..." if evaluated together. Let those who have gone through the process confirm.

I think we are still having communication gap on this. I now understand what you mean. What I meant by multiple PCC is having more than 2 PCC rows on your document checklist upload and not just having one and beside it states include Multiple.

Bro everyone has "multiple" in the PCC section; that's the default except you have a screenshot that shows something different. I don't even think you need to include the "by corresopndence" bit if you indicate that the country of education is Nigeria. Passport clearly shows you were never in the UK so I don't think there is a need for plenty etha xplanations regarding this.

I'm not so cleared based on what you stated above as everyone has multiple PCC. Your document checklist is peculiar to you and it's generated automatically based on the information you provided.

If you have multiple PCC upload - it may be based on your travel history. You might have stayed in a location for more than 6 months. Also, PCC is generated based on education and the time indicated as spent obtaining that education. That's is why it's advised to state Correspondence in bracket, but still at the discretion of the VO.

Unfortunately, a lot of people are complaining that they are getting their application rejected even after including Correspondence in their education checkbox. So it's presumed it may be a system error that's responsible for this rejection. To avoid this, just state country of study - Nigeria. You will only get one PCC upload for yourself, if you get more than one than check your travel history to ascertain if you have spent more than 6 months in another country and please do include PCC if you have.

Non inclusion of PCC in your application is the number one reason for rejection.

I believe the Doc BY Doc($145+) evaluation is the option for EE.

A Canadian mail address ensures your report gets to you in 3 days or less, a Nigerian mail address will definitely take a longer period.

WES results take 20 working days after all documents have been received(certificate/statement of result,transcript and/or verification mail/email). I'm not sure you can fast-track anything, just get your documents across to them in the shortest possible time (courier preferably) and follow up with WES or your school at each stage.

Wow! Thanks lot. The score jumped to 423 just by juggling the scores as you advised. It's just that writing another IELTS might be a challenge. I wish there was another way around this!
What if I write another test alone? Will that have any impact? Hubby doesn't have time to write another test and I wouldn't want to waste more time verifying his credentials if it can be avoided.

Saw this on the student thread. Just this last month. VOs ain't smiling. I hope they don't get strict with PR guys soon and use your BVN to find out if u have more than one bank statement in Naija cos the instruction says submit ALL esp for people using bank statement as proof of fund.

The highest transaction is what I reflected in the gift deed, the other huge amount is from my other account. Which can be proven with bank statement, all other payments were broken to the maximum of 200k. One from a company account, the other from personal account. Others below 200k. I've got a registered company with cac certificate I intend to attach what doo you think?

I decided I wasn't going to pay anything extra so I sent them a stinker. They reversed the charge. My school got their verification request by email and now my status has been updated to reflect that.
