Yorubas are good at lies and twisting documented facts.

When oduduwa was banished from Benin, the roads he passed is still here in Benin.

The family that wanted to take over Benin rulership, the ogiamen is still here.

Benin is east to ife, it's a fact Yoruba believed oduduwa came from the East.

Yoruba also believe he fell from heaven, oduduwa was a child of an ogiso, which means "kings of the skies".

Yoruba's should accept the facts and be proud that a Benin man discovered them

Bla bla bla. Niger Delta oil were used to build Lagos and is still used in funding the rest of the country but they aren't complaining.

Kwankwaso and Tambuwal are the traitors, no doubt. Now that Kwankwaso has lost kano, it is most likely going to be Tambuwal/Wike in 2023 if Wike survives the current situation in Rivers.

do you know buhari performed better in south east that every other region?.

In 2015 they give him 5%, in 2019, they gave him 19%. Buhari failed woefully in the south west by losing two states to atiku and almost lost osun.

Oshiohmole is a huge failure if not for buhari winning the presidential election, APC would have lost everything.

Since he came, APC lost 6 states including Adamawa, bauchi,Oyo,sokoto,IMO and Benue States.

Osun, the state they rigged is still pending and will likely go to PDP.

Same with zamfara and Ogun state. With APC disunity.

Buhari didn't win because of oshiohmole, he won because he's influential in the north and has the power of incumbency

The United States Chargé d’ affaires, David Young, yesterday visited Edo, where he commended the state government’s efforts against human trafficking.

Speaking during a courtesy call on the Deputy Governor, Philip Shuaibu at the Government House in Benin City, Chargé Young hailed the state’s anti-trafficking model and pledged the U.S. Mission’s commitment to expanding the scope of its collaboration.

“We are pleased with the important progress that has been made to combat trafficking in persons in Edo State, through the Three Ps: Prevention, Protection and Prosecution of those individuals involved in human trafficking.

“This is one of the issues the U.S. government is focused on, as it is a horrific crime and we recognize its long-term effects on people who are trafficked to other countries,” Chargé Young said.

At the palace of the Oba of Benin, where he had an audience with Oba Ewuare II, Chargé Young emphasized the pivotal role of traditional institutions in eliminating the scourge of human smuggling.

He lauded the monarch’s leadership and direct involvement in the crusade to end trafficking in the state.

“We note that the Benin monarchy has taken the lead in statewide efforts to prevent young people from being trafficked.

“Survivors with whom we have interacted confirm that the King’s nullification last year of all oaths sworn by trafficking victims had a remarkable impact, by neutralizing the psychological hold of the trafficking syndicates and encouraging survivors to return home.

“This, in addition to the laudable efforts of the Oba Ewuare II Foundation, continues to bring freedom to many,” he noted.

As I went to mission road in Benin city, Edo state. I can't help but notice how the Igbos are different from other people making a living here.

I saw Hausa men begging along the major roads

I saw Yoruba women and children selling agbo

I saw the Igbos counting money in their respective shops.

So I was wondering, the Hausa and Yoruba have been ruling Nigeria ever since, what's the benefit of it if their people are still suffering?

No matter how hard the economy is you'll never see an Igbo man shinning shoes, opening gates or begging.

Igbos don't need any federal position to succeed in this Nigeria..
APC always playing politics of disunity thinking they can spite igbos with it and the Yoruba people are falling for it forgetting they are Southerners and will surely need each other when the time comes

They should just campaign for the buhari votes in the north and pray they get it, which I am sure pdp is going to gubble up like cake if the governorship elections are anything to go by.

As for the atiku votes in the south which are the majority, it is never going to the apc , let alone a Yoruba candidate.

Whatever happens, I see pdp winning. Buhari is no longer on the ballot.

What do you think about this? In my opinion tinubu stands a better chance in the north than pastor osibanjo while tinubu isn't sellable in the south at all.

The problem for APC is buhari will be gone by 2023, that means no northern bloc votes for either pastor osibanjo or tinubu.
