I used to be this bright child but I must confess I have not achieved anything as an adult .Dreams are turning nightmares .They said we should get skills that certificate is not enough,got some IT skills etc but none is getting me close to my dream .My talent just there wasting ,depression setting and no one seems to believe in you anymore .It is heartbreaking.

having said that my advice is. don't complain immediately, after all, it was a negotiation and you obliged happily, what you should do is work hard for about 3 months or more and prove your worth, meanwhile during those time, in your workplace locate the individual that has the power to help you or even implement a salary change for you and become friends with him. then humbly table your case after a few months.
