Interesting... Igbos have higher IQ and perform better academically than the rest of Black Race, According a Zimbabwean Researcher. Excerpt from his Research work: "Africans speaking Luganda and Krio did better than the Chinese students in 2011. The igbo were even more impressive given their much bigger numbers (and their consistently high performance over the years, gaining a 100 percent pass rate in 2009!). The superior Igbo achievement on GCSEs is not new and has been noted in studies that came before the recent media discovery of African performance. A 2007 report on “case study” model schools in Lambeth also included a rare disclosure of specified Igbo performance (recorded as Ibo in the table below) and it confirms that Igbos have been performing exceptionally well for a long time (5 + A*-C GCSEs); in fact, it is difficult to find a time when they ever performed below British whites. If these Nigerian groups really performed so well under the years in question when the media started catching the news, one would expect some names of their students to be reported in the news among the best performing students in the country. Statistically, if girls outperformed boys and Igbos outperformed other ethnic groups in 2010, one would expect an igbo girl to be among the top performers in the country. In fact, according to a Daily Mail report on the GCSE results of 2010, the best student in the whole country was indeed a Nigerian girl, Chidera Ota. A check on Nigerian names confirms that she is of Igbo descent. Ota scored 15 A*s, higher than any Chinese, Indian or white student, and higher than any student from prestigious elite schools like Eton College (she was at a state funded selective high school for girls). To put it into perspective, these results mean that the children of black Africans (or at least West Africans) are not only not scoring below the scores of low-IQ poor white children, as Jensen’s calculations would predict, they are even able to score above children of elite whites too (who go to Eton college etc)..." As the governor moves to develop Nsukka and other important towns he should be conscious of Enugu infrastructures and never allow them to rot for lack of attention. The grasses must always be trimmed and more planted. Traffic light and roads must be maintain etc. I will suggest he starts looking for ways to get in private sector to maintain and transform enugu city while he focuses on Nsukka and other with much of government fund. THE BEST MODEL: Let The Rich and Middle class Take care of themselves mostly through Private sector while government focuses on the poor to bring them out of poverty so that they can be able to fully depend on private sector in the end 5 Likes |

A total sum of N10.4billion of the funds allocated by the FGN has so far been disbursed, leaving a balance of about N7.94 billion of Government contribution with the sponsors. What is the secret of Advanced society? Answer: They turn virtually everything into business!! In other word,they are deeply enmeshed in capitalism and the reason being that Capitalism is self-sustaining. There is hardly any free thing in advanced world,even the so called Welfare scheme is funded with taxes. Their Grand Rule: "If We Must Build, we must Turn It Into Profitable Business or Create A Sustainable Source For Funding It"... OTHERWISE LET THE PRIVATE SECTOR TAKE CARE OF THAT." This concept is common in the infrastruture and culture like thier Roads, Parks,Trains,Stadia,Education, Science and Tech. The Beautiful things about Capitalist model is that government makes tons of money from these sea of companies. The country becomes very rich in the end and there is enough to go around in terms of Infrastrure, Welfare and Improved standard of living. I recommend they start with 30billion naira per year,not enough though but it's still better than nothing. FUNDING Private Businesses: If you wish to go into Battery production for example,be sure to have a reasonable amount of fund and the right team. This makes alot of sense: The US/UK simply wanted Goodluck out to sustain the fraud that we need oil to survive. When I say Blackman just chose intellectual laziness everyone says it's a lie. From my illustration above, they have collected a total tax of 651,450.00 From the tax collected they will give from my illustration above Mr or Mrs E that earns a Monthly Salary of 40,000 will get a low income benefit of 10,000 to make his salary up to the minimum wage of 50,000.00 Mr or Mrs F that earns a monthly salary of 20,000 will get a low income benefit of 30,000 to make the salary up to 50,000 minimum wage Mr or Mrs G that earns a Monthly income of 5,000 Naira will get a low income benefit of 45,000 to make the salary up to the Minimum wage Mr or Mrs H receives an EI payment of at least 50,000 for a stipulated period within which it is expected he or she finds employment. Mrs I that was on Maternity Leave keeps getting paid from this same tax based on agreed rules(Those that live in the UK and had babies there will remember the DWP folk calculating when you started the Maternity leave and when you are due and comes up with a Payment that is due to you) Mr or Mrs J that is disabled and needs a care giver, will have some money and the care giver gets paid based on the same agreed rules Mr or Mrs K that is disabled but does not need a care giver is also getting paid to alleviate the suffering. Sometimes the payments are made to the parents. You see there is still enough left from the tax to take care of Projects and Building of roads and Bridges. TURNING ENUGU INTO A BEAUTIFUL CITY THROUGH WORLD CLASS ROAD MANAGEMENT IT would be great idea to get some competent companies to takeover some economically viable roads in Enugu and run them profitably (aswel as pay their taxes) in other to lessen the burden of road contruction & maintainance on the state government. Their major duties: Fixing/expanding the roads, Cleaning and keeping silt off the roads, Road beautification, Street light & grass maintainance The companies will be allocated 1km of viable road each, in and around Enugu. They will make money from 1. Fines (of all kinds) 2. Road Advertisment (frm billboards, median adboards,electronic billboards etc) . 3. patrick89: I think it would be a great idea to completely expand Onitsha roads and hand it over to private sector to maintain, however I do not believe the government do not have "much" responsibilities nor believe we are nt ripe for this. The idea to cut cost,have more things that can be self sustaining and profitable for both the government and the private firms, so that we can focus more ducation,Health and new projects. 1 Like |
