Romance / Re: Nigerian Couple Prints Their Own Currency For Wedding To Avoid Naira Abuse by bixton(m): 6:57pm On Aug 13 |
HgsMediaPlus: If they could actually go through the rigorous action of printing such currency resemblance of the Naira then it means somewhere we have people not too far who actually counterfeit the original and it will pass detection. It's good to know it's Emir's Sanusi sons' wedding. 1 Like |

ralfdudu1: All politicians be it elected or appointed swore under oaths and even some of us here who might have worked as adhoc staffs in certain establishment where we took oaths before assuming duties..... Wherever the above goes contrary to the rules and conduct of work ethics then there is a lie. Now it means they will all go to prison. |

Abagworo: Wike is highly concentrated in FCT and it's admnisration. You can see by the level of things he has achieved so far. |

Amumaigwe: I'm sure those who have a continuing case to hear at the SC are waiting patiently. When the SC gives them judgment then all will be settled. The rest will post out itself once the judgment is read and CTC sent out to all parties. |

savcy: If you like go and bring an affidavit that you are an employee of CBN and NNPC without going through the proper channels of seeking that employment and issued a letter of employment it will do you fellas like a comedy skit gone wrong. Even people who join association don't go round dangling affidavits. There is no such thing as an affidavit that will be used as proof that a person is a member of a political party. That is not the correct posture and process. The Courts is not a room for children to bring their excessive plays to before a judge. 4 Likes 1 Share |

politicoNG: Plenty politics and comedy skits. The Courts have passed this stage. As long as there is a judgment that says the SHC lacks jurisdiction this is another comedy skit. If someone is looking for a way to file a fresh case then it's too late and very late. It will do you all like a comedy skit. This sets of politicians in Rivers State lack understanding of little things on how to go about their fights with Wike and the 27 members. |
Politics / Re: Sylvanus Oriji: Judge Who Restricted Abuja Protesters To Stadium Wike’s Kinsman by bixton(m): 12:01pm On Aug 12 |
ijustdey: I don't really understand the motive of the writer to inform us of the local government area of the FCT judge as same with the FCT minister. This particular protest that just ended, virtually all the State Governors are not in support of it and used channels to ensure protesters don't protest. So they are all liable and guilty of whatever offense you think the FCT minster may have done. |
Politics / Re: LG Chairmen, Councilors To Enjoy Four-year Tenure — Supreme Court by bixton(m): 2:45am On Aug 11 |
Gbogbowa: That is not an actual judgement per se. The judge just interpreted a law written down in past times according to the electoral laws. The laws of the State are supposed to mirror the extant laws of the FG and the FCT. In effect the laws amended by the 26 member is in order if the 3 member are the illegals. By this interpretation and understanding the court judge who sacked the elected chairmen will be found wanting. The judiciary and the NJC needs a thorough cleansing and clean up in the entire federation. 1 Like |

Jayhome24: They are yet to agree if their own 3 member is not the authentic one or the 26+ is the authentic one. Probably he is at liberty to choose which court and judgment to adhere to. At the appropriate time I guess, the enforcer will be sent when it's all clear. |

Remman: It's the money that controls the politicians that the highest bidder is willing to give. I won't say much about Dangote and his refinery. I guess he will come around some how at the appropriate time. Anyways Agip with about 17 oil wells has already been taken over by Oando plc and we all know who is behind that. The new cabals running the NNPC and the ghost subsidy still being handled by the FG and NNPC will now be favourable to the new owners of Agip and her 17 oil wells. These are the ones who will be calling the shots in the Nigeria oil sector and paying themselves the non existent subsidy they say don't exist. 1 Like |

KingLennon: The so called NLC did not envisage all these for the paltry #70k they agreed to and they said the Presidency said if he is to pay #250k then they have to increase fuel price!!!! A government that says subsidy is gone is telling you they will increase fuel price!!! They have not yet started paying the #70k the price of fuel is now almost #1k per litre. Now they want to increase ways and means!!! The protest should be taken to the doorsteps of these fellas and let them be feel the heat. |

BluntCrazeMan: It may not necessarily need to pass through the NA if it's an FCT thing just like the FCT civil service done by the FCT minster. If I'm not mistaken the youth ministry will be under the purview of the FCT Minister from what my thoughts are telling. |

Phones / Re: Customers Destroy Fence At MTN Office In Festac (Video) by bixton(m): 9:06pm On Jul 29 |
GanagiBitrus: The Nigerian Government does not need to subsidize it. What is needed is that the REFINERIES are put in proper working order, functional and operational. If they can't do that then we don't need a Minister of Petroleum, we don't need people whom the government claim are working in NNPC and in the REFINERIES that refines absolutely nothing. Modified: When we have functional and operational REFINERIES, then the FG government ensures that the BPD of CRUDE OIL is increased exponentially and add more derivatives. Encourage those who do bunkering in the bushes and swamp in the Niger Delta region and empower them to build refineries that would receive crude that can be refined even if it's only kerosene and petrol they refine. Revoke all licences given to people over 10 years who have not built their refineries. At designated points ensure barges of such products are on the water ways to meet the demand for boat users for water transportation. Those persons whom the FG gives surveillance contracts let them go into building refineries and let the Nigerian Navy, Nigerian Army, Nigerian Airforce and a joint task force be properly empowered to secure our water ways with that money used as patronage to these Ex militants for surveillance contracts. 1 Like 1 Share |
Politics / Re: PDP defies Court order, holds Ward Congress in Rivers State by bixton(m): 6:25am On Jul 29 |
sIfioksq: The first court SHC put a restraining order and a Federal HC countered it and gave them go ahead. You now bring up another SHC to put an injunction preventing them from going ahead. Please what was the first one for? What is the difference between the two SHCs? Do you know that the RS governor, government and persons are just abusing court processes with different SHC judges!!!! I just pity some judges in the State that would fall under disciplinary action soon. 2 Likes |

Politics / Re: It Is Risky For Faceless People To Lead Protests – Dele Momodu Warns Protesters by bixton(m): 3:29pm On Jul 25 |
ify2016: Oga Dele, it's a faceless people led protest because it's not Ovation magazine that's showcases the faces of the rich who are able to afford you. It's faceless people protest because the intention is not to have a repeat of the mistakes of what happened at the Lekko yow gate where those who have faces used it as an opportunity to grow their accounts with funds and in the process of speaking of those who are with them collected amount of monies that till date they could not account for what it was used for. A faceless people's protest is the best form of protest where everyone is a leader. 1 Like |

Can the FG or those who are sympathetic to it's cause tell the rest of us what's the (C.) G.P.A of it's administration? We have measured the activity of the Ministers of the FRN and on a national flow it's very insignificant to the well being of the nation. |
