Does the Political stakeholders know who their Governor is apart from the one that left office before Fubara..

Those folks should learn to recognize their Governor or else let them resign ....I mean all of them ..

This time is no longer when Fubara was floating, now he has the key and the leg to walk his way in the game....

If they did not respect the governor woild they have agreed to work for him and bring him on board as the State governor or you think this is an issue of say Rivers people voted for him?

In this Rivers State, that we know?

What is to show that the Governor respects them?

How did Fubara start the fight? The fight was started by Wike and his goons
Fubara simply returned the favour

If not that some folks are mad, a man is threatening governor with street language of agreement is agreement and you're clapping for him. Whom among the two does the governor's seat belong to that is making agreement over it

I don't have emotions and sentiments for such. Please can you point to one governor both past and present since 1999 who doesn't lie! !!! I'm not interested in who lies the most or who is most corrupt.

In saner clines public office holders are executed for stealing as little as $100.

It's that same street language that was used to bring the current governor into office.

He is an ingrate. He is also power drunk to believe he can govern the state without the elected house of assembly members. Disloyal people like that deserve anything their eyes see.

If he is not interested in becoming governor, then he should just resign and step down.

Lastly, if you don’t need godfathers, win election on your own. Adeleke in Osun had no godfather then and he won. There are governors like that across the country.

I can't but smile when he made a comment that caused Akpabio to tell him that early time to.resign if there's no money there and people say Akpabio insulted him.

I keep wondering what he must be thinking when he said people shouldn't fight for him that they are causing him more trouble and that if they don't know if his spirit has left the governor house.....


All that he did while still fighting in PDP, he has brought into the APC and still bringing more...

It will be so unfortunate that he may never come out to say why he would not have to keep all the agreements he agreed to because I don't see any form of duress but a desire for something he alone can tell .....

If you mean hand behind the scenes to be PBAT then you're wrong.
The statement by the national secretary and that of the national chairman are two different distinct statements.....

Those assembly guys are sworn boys of Wike, if he succeed the impeachment plot, he should make sure they don't return in 2027, that's all he can do, and I'm sure the State and national APC will make sure those assembly boys don't return.

The question to ask is does he have the capacity to make them not to succeed the next election?

Is he ready to spend Rivers State funds on other capacity capable individuals in thr State who can contend just same way it was spent on him and State Assembly members by his predecessor to ensure that win the election that brought them in or is he forming to be saint?

The State Assembly is the legislature and an arm of government independent of the executive arm.

Whether the State Assembly members want to make a caricature and humiliate the Governor is not the issue. The issue is that the Governor put lay down his prideful shoulders and proove them wrong and do the needful.


Even PBAT will not want to have anything to do with such individual given the circumstances any day and time.

It is obvious the State governor will certainly not change. All that which he did after that suspension was nothing but a camouflague.
The State governor is certainly not one to be trusted by PBAT.

Any State governor who can't sway even a good half number of the State Assembly irrespective of an external force ia certainly not doing many things right...

Anyways if his intention is to pocket the State Assembly to make them less of themselves then he is missing what it all is.

He can't hide under the APC to not do the right thing constitutionally and abiding by the law.

That's my point. In the end if you were Tinubu who would you take your chances with? Wike or Fubara? Who is governor? Who has the red pen of Rivers? Who will the people follow? Who has more cards to throw on the table?

PBAT is a thorough politician and has a say in who will always become governor in Lagos State and no amount of holding red pen will keep that governor in office if he goes against the interest of PBAT in Lagos.

So given the above, do you think PBAT will want to side with Fubara and push Wike to the gutters!!!!

If Fubara is not calculating, he will loose it. Wike already has the LGA chairmen who controls the LGAs and also has the house of assembly members too. This is what I call 2/0 in favor of Wike.

Fubara will now have to appoint commissioners who are politically heavy weights in those LGAs and use them to checkmate the activities of the chairman and house members.

He should also appoint LGA liaison officers like Obaseki did, give them offices and give them powers to act as overiside chairmen but on political matters. These LGA LIAISON OFFICERS will be working with the commissioners to identify, plan, implement projects in their respective LGAs, they will be like eye of the governor in the LGAs but their main unofficial job functions is take over political structure from the LGAs chairmen and Assembly members .

This will bring the equation to 2/2. Balance but in a short time, the table will flipped out Wike because the assembly members may flip to Fubara if Wike can't guarantee their re-election.

There's no law that stipulates the State governor supervising the LGA.
Maybe you're writing with sentiments and emotions. Whatever Obaseki did is long gone and past.
By this new law granting the LGA autonomy, the LGA is also considered an arm of government of its own kind same as the State House Assembly.

In as much as we may not like the infighting in Rivers State between Wike and Fubara ,etc,etc, we now are moving to a situation where Rivers State is now a pilot State where true independency and autonomy will be first and fully achieved and implemented even though there's an external force tending it that way.
At the end of the day all will rest.

Everything money spent in politics is not just a bribe, it's a potential bribe. There's nothing done for free in that sector that will not require one to stay clingy to the one who brought him......it is one good will and favour done in return for another good will and favour when the need arises.
That's why most times, certain delegates are given strict orders not to vacate their place of hospitality so that they are not coerced by another aspirant agent...

Everyone purchasing such and even in the so called essential transportation, whatever that means has already paid VAT because these things have to move from place to place with the use of PMS/AGO in vehicles, etc.....!!!!!
The end users will always pay such in the final pricing of such product or service...

The signature is very glaring.APC will produce a concession candidate in River state which will be the person of Fubara.After all,Wike is not a member of APC to influence choice of candidates.

APC National will try to do that but it would not fly without the full support of the State Assembly members and LGA chairmen/councilors who are already APC members and automatic party delegates.....

The APC National can't rub it even on the Zonal Chairman to do their bidding. They need to plan their concessions on time before they will make last minute mistakes that will cause them all heavily....

Wike is an exceptional and gifted politician who could take on the FG to court and still win a case that so many State governors as at his time couldn't even come to such achievement.
