Good morning guys, ok it just finished raining in my side of Ogun state and I decided to go have a hot breakfast.
I went to my usual Mama Put restaurant beside my place of work and ordered some hot jollof rice and plantain with fried meat.
Inside the restaurant, a guy ordered for 4 fufu (medium size) and his choice of soup.
Before we know it, he has finished the 4 fufu and told the woman to give him extra 2 which the woman did.
In matter of minutes, he has finished that too and ordered for another 2.
That's where the restaurant owner said no o. The guy was like, why? I never belleful.
And the woman replied with a light joke, no come kill yourself for my restaurant in the name of you wan belleful.
I no sell for you again, pay me the one wey you don eat and go.

And the guy said lai lai, he's not going to pay unless she serves him the extra he wanted. While challenging the woman he was growling and belching out like someone who's fill to the brim. And the woman said to everybody present, shey una dey see who wan eat more, and she said for the last time, I no dey sell for you again pay me and go.Mehn guys! It wasn't a small argument that ensued after. The woman was adamant she's not going to sell any food again to him. That how can he finished 6 mould of such "fufu" and still be asking for more.
Honestly guys, that's my usual restaurant. I can tell you guys that I always struggle to finish 2 of that woman's fufu. Talkless of 4 and 6 and still wanting more.
Mehn it wasn't a small shouting match, it was some elderly men that waded into the matter before the guy eventually paid for the one he has eaten.
Me I was just laughing where I sat. And this guy in question is just a normal slim guy like me that you will be wondering where the food is going.

After he paid and was going, he was just cursing the woman saying wetin concern if I over eat and die. And the woman in turn replied him, no be my shop you go die. Carry yourself go another place.
Omo no be small thing, people inside the restaurant were wondering how the guy finished 6 moderate wrap of fufu and still ordering for more.
So guys! Was the restaurant owner wrong to have stop giving the customer more food even though it wasn't for free or she was right after seeing what the guy has consume already.

Without federal allocation, see what Tinubu did in Lagos. With reduced earnings from oil, see what Tinubu is doing in Nigeria, handling projects that oiught to have been handled.

Are they really from Bayelsa West to make such huge endorsements even endorsing Seriake Dickson, a former governor of the now divided PDP party who during his state as governor during the PGEJ and PMB administration, people found it hard to even get a single meal to eat even with the huge allocation received from the FG and surplus given during the PMB administration....!!!!! If you're the only tenant there and like you said, the father when a life was very considerate in such things, then I'll say depending on the amount involved in the repair, you can discuss with the son who is the new landlord to offset a part of the amount on the repair.

But if there are other tenants then, it's better the tenants pull up funds to fix it.
The security of that premises is paramount and the safety of residents witin is most important.

Please o my people, let me call myself a JJC here, I've lived in this apartment for a while now , just over 3 years to be precise, my landlord died recently, but while he was alive even though he was a bit strict, he was understanding and liberal in most of his expectations from us the tenants. Now the son in charge of the he house is something more or less a tyrant, I said so because our gate that has been broken for a while now, the young man said that it's we the tenants that should be responsible for the repairs, that the law of the land says so.... That that's what the law Court syipulates.... So I'm asking, is that true? There may be someone in the house who may know about this so well.

Naturally, its those who are living within the compound who more than often make use of the gate daily are responsible for it's repairs/maintenance anytime it gets bad or faulty.

Please as regards fire extinguishers CO2. I was doing some checks on some fire extinguishers and observed though it been since June last year it's supposed to be serviced, I also found out that it doesn't carry a hydro test stamp on it which is normally done every five years. The number which happens to look like a hydro stamp is reading 2002 08.......Its either this number is the manufacturer number year of production or it could be the hydro test stamp number when it was first gotten.
