Those assembly guys are sworn boys of Wike, if he succeed the impeachment plot, he should make sure they don't return in 2027, that's all he can do, and I'm sure the State and national APC will make sure those assembly boys don't return.

The question to ask is does he have the capacity to make them not to succeed the next election?

Is he ready to spend Rivers State funds on other capacity capable individuals in thr State who can contend just same way it was spent on him and State Assembly members by his predecessor to ensure that win the election that brought them in or is he forming to be saint?

The State Assembly is the legislature and an arm of government independent of the executive arm.

Whether the State Assembly members want to make a caricature and humiliate the Governor is not the issue. The issue is that the Governor put lay down his prideful shoulders and proove them wrong and do the needful.


Even PBAT will not want to have anything to do with such individual given the circumstances any day and time.

It is obvious the State governor will certainly not change. All that which he did after that suspension was nothing but a camouflague.
The State governor is certainly not one to be trusted by PBAT.

Any State governor who can't sway even a good half number of the State Assembly irrespective of an external force ia certainly not doing many things right...

Anyways if his intention is to pocket the State Assembly to make them less of themselves then he is missing what it all is.

PBAT is a thorough politician and has a say in who will always become governor in Lagos State and no amount of holding red pen will keep that governor in office if he goes against the interest of PBAT in Lagos.

If Fubara is not calculating, he will loose it. Wike already has the LGA chairmen who controls the LGAs and also has the house of assembly members too. This is what I call 2/0 in favor of Wike.

Fubara will now have to appoint commissioners who are politically heavy weights in those LGAs and use them to checkmate the activities of the chairman and house members.

He should also appoint LGA liaison officers like Obaseki did, give them offices and give them powers to act as overiside chairmen but on political matters. These LGA LIAISON OFFICERS will be working with the commissioners to identify, plan, implement projects in their respective LGAs, they will be like eye of the governor in the LGAs but their main unofficial job functions is take over political structure from the LGAs chairmen and Assembly members .

This will bring the equation to 2/2. Balance but in a short time, the table will flipped out Wike because the assembly members may flip to Fubara if Wike can't guarantee their re-election.

There's no law that stipulates the State governor supervising the LGA.
Maybe you're writing with sentiments and emotions. Whatever Obaseki did is long gone and past.
By this new law granting the LGA autonomy, the LGA is also considered an arm of government of its own kind same as the State House Assembly.

In as much as we may not like the infighting in Rivers State between Wike and Fubara ,etc,etc, we now are moving to a situation where Rivers State is now a pilot State where true independency and autonomy will be first and fully achieved and implemented even though there's an external force tending it that way.
At the end of the day all will rest.

That's why most times, certain delegates are given strict orders not to vacate their place of hospitality so that they are not coerced by another aspirant agent...

Everyone purchasing such and even in the so called essential transportation, whatever that means has already paid VAT because these things have to move from place to place with the use of PMS/AGO in vehicles, etc.....!!!!!

APC National will try to do that but it would not fly without the full support of the State Assembly members and LGA chairmen/councilors who are already APC members and automatic party delegates.....

Wike is an exceptional and gifted politician who could take on the FG to court and still win a case that so many State governors as at his time couldn't even come to such achievement.

So, can you enlighten us on how exactly the taxing authority will know what Is income? Without a transparent way, many Nigerians will lose their money to unknown debits, even from the banks themselves and will be forced to assume it is tax.

The banks will have to be very careful because people will over react and you'll hear banks building are caught up in fire when bank staffs become unnecessarily hostile and don't properly respond to questions when customers come to ask and get clarity for such debits.......

Tinubu’s fate in the Southsouth will be sealed depending on how he handles the Wike-Fubara matter. He currently thinks he has both camps because Wike and Fubara appear to be supporting him but he would lose the support of one of the camps as soon as he picks a side. My money is on him to ditch Fubara because a desperate Wike with his back against the wall is a dangerous Wike. Tinubu would want none of that smoke.

The FCT Minister,Wike has proven and demonstrated support to PBAT without PBAT having to bargain with Wike.
Gov. Fubara has not shown anything better as proof that PBAT can rely on him and with all the LGA chairmen who are on Wike's side who are already working for PBAT through Wike, what exactly is SIM bringing to the table that's not already there?

I don't know how many valid supporters of Fubara that will be voting ad remember many persons in Rivers State would not tae Fubara's word to vote for PBAT for many don't like APC government whatsoever.

So what magic will Fubara be pulling when in essence the LGA chairmen will actually be doing all the work?

The HOA members will try impeachment with the intention that Wike has toured the 24LGAs and has grassroot supporters that will support them to carry on impeachment.
But then another cover will come from the federal again to frustrate their effort

A budget proposal is not yet a budget.
It will be sent to the HoA for approval and passing into law.
