I have a question
So since I bought my rx350 over 6months ago
I have frequently been fixing the exhaust of the car due to the unusual sound I hear while driving, but it’s bothering me now cause I’m about to fix it again for the 4th time, my mechanic made mention that some catalyst are missing in it.
I quite didn’t get what he said at the time, but I made my research about it afterwards.

My question is has anyone had a similar experience And how were you able to fix your car. (Lexus rx350)

I use same car with all my catalyst intact, on a second note, the car has a loud exhaust and that was how it was built

I went to do alignment and the guy said the steering has gap so I contacted a mech to know what that meant and he told me my steering rack needs to be replaced and Toks was 35k. There's no leakage I only observe swerve on 100km.

I have asked him if it could be repaired but he said no.

I don broke and don't have such money now.

I want to know there's any other way if fixing it apart from replacing.

Don’t top up, rather drain and and change oil filter then use fresh oil.

The oil capacity is 8.5qrts

The 2007 Honda Accord is ok..Though I will advise you just stretch your budget a bit and get a 2010 Honda Accord..I drive the v6 version of that model and it's really cool..

For the Toyota Camry...if you must get it, consider avoiding the 4 cylinder version and go for the V6...THE 4 Cylinder engine of that model is prone to shorting of oil, among other maladies, while its v6 counterpart is quite bulletproof, within reasonable usage of course

As per the Peugeot 407, it's an enjoyable car if you have easy access to very competent Peugeot mechanics and rewires..Among the cars you listed, this one is by far the most likely to cause you sorrow, tears and blood, and possibly envy those trekking..

Whatever car you choose to get, retain the services of a good mechanic to do a pre-purchase inspection for you, to avoid buying gbese..

After that, good maintenance, good driving to minimize vehicle scrapes and scratches and security awareness to minimize the chances of the car being stolen is up to you

instead get a 2010 camry 4 plugs with 2ar engine

I have a problem with an rx300 that I help a lady to drive... it hesitates on cold start from lower rpm but it runs okay when moving... so I took it to a mechanic because I thought it was a spark plug problem .. he said it isn't... he cleaned the throttle body... yet problem still persists... but I still manage it like I just let it idle for a few minutes before taking off.... but recently I has gotten worse even when the engine is hot... it hesitates from lower rpm... what might be the problem? cc gazzus

The mechanic further said we will hve to sharpen the camshaft to some size in other for it to work and the noise to disappear and not come again after changing the metal.

I don't think I even need oil ring bcosi cant see smoke but he is telling me about smoke .
I'm even afraid because in the morning where I supposed see smoke , I dont see too unless they come out before I leave the car to clean there body.
