Bros remove it. It has expired. Most fool s up on here got no car in reality. I removed mine since December last year. For an 09 rx,imagine 09 model from factory thermostat,e no even open when I check am. It has no use here in Nigeria and your temp guage no dey pass 2 to 4pins max. Thermostat or not. E nor even get usefulness for naija .weather damn hot.if no be rain ,men na war. Main culprit,radiator fit dey leak from under.side facing the bumper. I had mine checked January,it was leaking and some parts were open.

back boot isn't the problem but the tail light. There is a rubber seal at the right tail light that degrades over time and allows water to seep into the compartment for the back sam. The seal is sold online.

Transmission fluid is not something you change often. Changing it often will damage the transmission.

And Honda dw1 ATF are hard to come by and cost a lot .... Na fake dey market.....


Pic below .....If your Transmission fluid is like this or pinkish in color leave it .... But if it is very darkish in color change it .

A transmission fluid can last you at least 12months or more provided you use the original ..... But it is always best to always check the color conditions

You sabi. I use Honda Engine Oil on my car and its never due for change till after 4months. It cost 24K to buy based on the price i bought last month.
Honda Gear Oil is sold for 7K per quants and i usually use 4quants which is 28K. And it is available in Oyingbo spare part market.

Ok here is the solution
You have to find a good electrical that can tape your wires well especially the ones that are from the engine to the floor of the car.. water easily get to that part and there by causing a bridge of wires and then the electricity will go off. That is why your car won't start when you enter water, so if you are able to solve the wire linkage then you are good to go..

So spoke with midoda and he suggested using liquo moly 5w40 for my C300, even after I went to Mercedes Benz company to change my fuel filter they only had Mobil 1. So I want to ask the house, not midoda, can I use liqui moly? Engine oil? And is it the same quality with Mobil1? This is my first Benz oo, I no wan hear story that touch.lol

Is it normal to have to top the Engine Oil of a Rav42008 after about a week of intra-city travels even when Oil is not observed to be leaking from anywhere?
