thank GOD for antiretroviral drugs, HIV can be managed, all u need is to take ur prescribed dose correctly while u gradually boost up ur CD4 count. better u come home, antiretroviral drugs are free in govt hospital, with lots of empowerment from govt and NGOs both local and international. there are some courses that u have passion for but are irrelevant in labour market in nigeria while there are odas that u have to develop passion for 4 u 2 b relevant. nigeria is becoming more dynamic and some courses need rebranding for their service to b relevant in naija, trust me, naija university ain't ready for the rebranding. so why follow ur passion that will make u irrelevant to the world when u can develop passion for relevant courses. the fact that there are some corpers even among those the studied education that are not responsible at discharging their duties, that doesn't mean there ain't gud ones that skuls in the villages found indispensable even among those that didn't study any education relation discipline |

I was told by a doctor friend who is also a corper that federal gov has paid #150,000 for each corpers as health insurance. all u need do is go to ur nysc state secretariat at the state u are serving and collect ur health insurance number as every corpers has different number. with it u can access any gov hospital for totally free treatment. pls share this with friends as many corpers are not aware of this. |

the first day i got to my ppa, it was hell on earth for a city boy, no light, no good roads, eva fluctuating network, no pipe-borne water, but so far the experiences have not been bad, doing my best for my students and the villagers as well. the people here are very friendly, monogamist and 90% are catholics, that's ibo 4 u. doing my best to make the people have gud notions abt corpers being the 1st set of corpers the village has eva had. 3months down, 8months of more experiences in Oterufie, Ebonyi state 3 Likes |
