Truthfully, after reading comments, i know most ladies are naturally selfish.

Back to the question, personally i don't think you have been duped, not for one single reason, if the guy was responsible enough to set up a company and run it, i also believe he is responsible enough not to dupe the only woman in his life, for what gain?

What people don't understand is this, the money you lend to your fiance is one of the most difficult money to recover, i have given money to my babe when she has issues in her business and today it's voicemail and she has also given me money that i don't even bother myself to think of paying back.

For a guy that has planned marriage with you, he sees you as his own and your money is an investment to the family business which your children will definitely enjoy including you the intended wife, so why should i over bother myself thinking of paying back.

Though it was borrowed on the premise of paying back but babe chill, this is your guy here, if God willing your husband, don't be too conscious about paying you back, don't make him feel you are too selfish and money conscious(which you are anyway) is this how you will handle financial issues when you become a wife? Going public for your guy?

There is how you will push him, he will give you back your money and end the money conscious relationship that you are building with him. When you want to be a wife, act like a wife.

From personal experience, i have been using mtn for quite a long time, i do alot of video calling and the experience hasn't been to bad in terms of data consumption until like 3 months back. The data rush out like mad, i was subscribing almost everyday. I personally i believe mtn increased their data consumption rate.

Luckily for me, Glo has a very good network in my area, i subscribed 3k for 12gb and surprisingly it lasted for morethan 3 weeks which i would have spent close to 10k using my mtn line. So far it has been Glo.

This is soo true, i am currently enjoying my glo subscription coupled with the fact that they have the cheapest data ever.

I'm into real estate too but work for a developer as a salesman and work independently as a real estate agent, i sell and rent properties.

Beside credibility as someone has earlier told you, the basic thing you need to excel is networking. I know in the state you are, there are alot of real estate firm or even estates, get yourself acquainted with them. Let them know you and the properties you had for sale.

Also join whatsapp group and always post the properties you have.

It's gradually, with time if you consistent in the work, people will begin to know you. Coupled with the recent economic recession so my brother it won't be an easy journey but patiently you can excel.

Added advise, don't really fully on the work for now, you can be doing this as a side work while you look for something else that can also give you money. This is necessary to avoid putting too much financial pressure on yourself

I wish this will open people's eyes to know that there is no big man in hiring a driver. Drive yourself! Why is everyone in a rush to answer oga with battalions of domestic staff and drivers?

To the driver, take heart, plan for another car. Sad though!

Alot of persons employ drivers not just because they want to answer Oga but because many has health issues, many are absent minded because of too many wahala and hanging business deals.

I started sales job after my NYSC, though sales is everything we all do but doing it professionally it's something everybody can do if you dedicate your time and energy to learn the process.

At first, i never really liked it because of the targets but for so many other benefits i begin to love the career.

I'm 4 years in the business of sales and i can boldly tell you that salesmen are made not just born.

I recently switched to glo subscription after enjoying mtn 4g network.

Glo is slow and the the network disconnects intermittently.

A white Volkswagen bus with plate number SAG754XW that belongs to Mosgun Table water was stolen yesterday in Port Harcourt by the factory driver. He went out with the bus and never came back with the bus.

Entry has been made with the police.
It has MOSGUN TABLE WATER written on it.
