Deputy governors, vice presidents are never elected , they are handpicked by their principals. And she is not the first in this category. We have Akerele Bicknor, deputy to Tinubu in 1999 , Mrs Badaru from Ipokia LGA in Ogun State who was Gbenga Daniel's deputy at one time. And of course, we also have Orelope Adefulure ,who was the deputy governor to one of the former governors in Lagos State, aside from BAT . There was also one woman deputy governor from Osun state, called Erelu.

Go and read Nigerian Law Report. Check it out on Google it's. It's a compedium of decided cases. Those are sound legal grounds. Obi’s legal team should have avoided those legal pitfalls. Then how do you think you would understand that legal technicalities more the APC's legal team. You think they just got there today. Give yourself to understand all their legal claims, whether they are the facts, or otherwise, of the case. Whether there's infringement or breach of any law relating to the election exercise. If so , any other action taken on that basis is void, including and most especially, Obi’s participation in the election. Somebody rigged, someone stole has no validity again. Nonetheless, you can believe what you will.

Did you go to school at all? Why do you people always think in this empty manner? Cases taken court can ONLY proceed IF there are sound legal grounds ,and when such are lacking, the case is outrightly dismissed. Rotimi Williams was the greatest Nigerian layers of his time, if not of all time. He won almost all his cases on preliminary objections. He would take a cursor look at the wording of a charge ,take out one or two phrases in it and declare them inappropriate and irrelevant. Then bring out legal authorities to prove his stand. The case is dead, and would be dismissed. Abubakar Malami, the AGF , has also constantly pursued this line of legal arguments in all the cases brought against the FG. But his hollow legal understanding, experience and competence has always failed him to carry through. Donald Trump's layers are pursuing, ' preliminary objections ' in the indictments brought against him. It's the cheapest way to win a legal battle. It proves the legal team of the complaints not be sound, technically deficient and incompetent. Go and read the Nigerian Law Reports to educate yourself. This is NOT a case that can be handled by any Ibo lawyers. They always leave legal loopholes in their charge sheets.

You're the one panicking. You yourself are prejudging the supreme Court to intimidate them and threaten the rule of law. If it was not possible for a case to be won at the lower court, lost at the tribunal, won at appeal court, then lost finally at the supreme Court, the need to rest the judicial process at the supreme Court would not have been provided for in the electoral law. Your claim of the acceptation of the appeal court ruling ' by both local and international communities as ' the fairest in the history of the nation ' is an attempt to intimidate the justices of the Supreme Court and to threaten the rule of law. Courts do not act on sentiments, but on fine points of law.
