My Samsung Galaxy A21s is not charging

But one thing, if plugged up to a powerbank, the powerbank charging indicator light will come on, though without actually charging it. Supr Court ruling. But on the other hand Supreme Court can invalidate an executive order. The Supreme Court is the only authority vested with the powers to interprete the constitution and the law of the land. Most of the Trump's executive orders were invalidated not even so much by the US national Supreme Court, but by the supreme courts of some states in the US And, executive orders r are administrative tools when there are no clear cut provisions or procedures administrative processes.
