They don't know. Alot of people went to school and do not know jack about what they studied. I can imagine. I remember before I entered the university, one of my elder relatives who studied mechanical Engineering advised me not to study mechanical Engineering ever, but he said I can studied any other kind of engineering, he gave me the advice before he was unable to succeed with the course and he kept saying mechanical engineering is a useless course to study. But after my graduating from, Chemical engineering myself I found out the advice I had from him was them wrong, i have been in the oil and gas industry for over 15years now and I know for sure the two best engineering course that sells in Nigeria are Chemical and Mechanical Engineering, Electrical also sells but you have to major in instrumentation and you will be a hotcake for oil and gas companies, but it is easy for either a mechanical or Chemical Engineer to head other engineering discipline.

Imagine,. who the hell will do a thing like this, switching Chemical Engineering for Computer science, these lots dont know what they are saying.

How can you compare Statistics with Chemical Engineering? A degree in Actuary is much better than Statistics, but no way near Chemical Engineering. And Agric Engineering is too narrow, and no jobs for them. Most of the time, Mechanical are taken in their stead because they are allied, but ME is more broad - based. Chemical engineering is good, not just the best in your list. IT IS THE NO ONE COURSE SOUGHT FOR IN OIL AND GAS JOBS.

My younger brother (half brother) and his wife believes so much in online investments. I called him and advised him seriously against such phantom businesses last year July but he didn't take my advise. His wife even insulted me at a time because of the advise.

At that time he was into a particular one called Kala. He collected money from people to the tune of N9.6million in the name of trying to help them invest in Kala. Leader of the pan-Yoruba sociopolitical group, Afenifere, Chief Ayo Adebanjo has revealed stunning details of how Easterners attacked the late Obafemi Awolowo fondly called ‘Awo’ while they were campaigning during the First Republic at Aba, Abia commercial nerve centre.

Adebanjo, who spoke to Vanguard’s Saturday Interview, narrated how the Igbos were misinformed about the late Nigerian nationalist.

According to him, Awolowo once told him during his lifetime, “No, you must work with the Igbo because you cannot defeat these Fulani people alone”.

“Why is IPOB there? You are in a Nigeria where the North can have the presidency, the South-West can have the presidency, likewise the South-South, but the South-East cannot. Yet, we are one Nigeria and you want peace. You are deceiving yourself.

“That is the basis of my support for the South-East. When Chief Nnia Nwodo and others came, I told them all that the Easterners did to me and Awolowo, which is why some Yoruba say they don’t want Igbo? “Awolowo said only that the Igbo are misguided down from Azikiwe. “They use them against us. But don’t allow yourselves to be used against them because they don’t see”.

Yes, poverty more than doubled under Peter Obi and more than 50% of Ndi Anambra were in poverty under him. Go and verify! I am Governor, and sitting on privileged information which I will not want to use against a political opponent. But on matters of facts, I will always state same as is. Unknown Gunmen Ambush Man Wearing Peter Obi’s Campaign T-shirt, Destroy Car, Insist No Political Campaign In Southeast Nigeria

A man suspected to be one of the supporters of Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party for the 2023 election has been tortured by some unknown men.

A video shows the man wearing the campaign T-shirt of the Labour Party presidential candidate being tortured by unknown gunmen terrorising Southeast Nigeria.

The video shows the victim being manhandled and interrogated by the leader of the gunmen along a road after his car was ambushed.

It was gathered that the incident happened at Oraifite in the Ekwusigo Local Government Area of Anambra State.

In the clip obtained by SaharaReporters, the leader of the unknown gunmen is heard threatening that anyone caught wearing or putting on any campaign material of politicians would be severely dealt with.

The vehicle of the yet-to-be-identified supporter of the LP presidential candidate was also riddled with bullets.

“Who is that person? Let me see the face. Let me see the face on that shirt you (are) wearing. Who is that person? Peter Obi, what has Peter Obi done for you? He has not done anything and you people want to sell us in this community,” the leader of the unknown gunmen said.

“We have been warning you people but you refused. This will be the last chance you have. Anytime I see you wearing politician’s cloth or cap, or anything about politics. Shoot this car, fire the car.”

The South-East region has witnessed increasing attacks on security agents, government facilities and prominent individuals following the arrest of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu.

Although IPOB has denied being responsible for the spate of attacks and killings in the geopolitical zone, security agencies have blamed the atrocities on the separatist group.

In 2022, the gunmen released a video, threatening that there will not be an election in the region if the government fails to release Kanu.

“We the unknown gunmen in Biafraland have come to make our position known to the public. We are here to protect our fatherland by all means. We don’t have any sponsor. And we are not planning to have,” one of them was heard saying in the 2 minutes 55 seconds clip shot in a forest.
