Having a yeild of 3 tons per hectare is already a big loss. The least yeild should be 4 ton/hectare, I have seen 7 ton per hectare with good agricultural practice.

my estimate is if it were in raining season and without the cost of irrigation.

average yield in Nigeria is 3 tonnes per hectare.
with excellent practice 5 tonnes.
if you get anything below 2tonnes it would mean your agricultural practices is poor.

As regards the liquid wash, I think I should ask you, do you mean for car war wash?

There's a little difference between normal liquid washing soap from that of car wash. Just a little variation though but very important.

Try to look out for "trace" next time before pouring into the mold. Also, you can lay a clean nylon inside the mold before pouring.

his only requirement is that a liter must foam as good as a 100 Naira sachet of klin.
