TravelRe: Peace Mass Transit Reacts To The Accident That Killed "18" Passengers by BlackLaw: 3:58pm On Dec 13, 2019
Not to spoil anybody's business but it has to be said. PMT needs to inspect their vehicles (and drivers) before each journey.
One time, a PMT bus took us from Enugu to Ph with a bad tire (not flat, bent!) that was wobbly. Didn't notice until we got to Ph and someone in another car pointed it out. I came down to check out the stuff and it was terrible. + from the driver's reaction, he knew all along.
Another time, a rickety PMT bus I boarded sort of caught fire somewhere close to Enugu town, there was just one rather inefficient extinguisher. We abandoned our goods in the booth and ran for our dear lives!
Life is too precious to be wasted through such recklessness.

Your country is already divided to stand with one voice. Too much suspicion there.....So it will be a work over for other African countries.
I'm happy you realize it would be a "work over" not a walk over. Maybe there is hope for you after all..

Hmm, I really do understand your view and it's the sacred fact, lots of Nigerian talents have fade away like tears in the rain..

You see youth football in Nigeria has produced a conveyance belt of talents that helped the country reach dizzying heights

From winning the FIFA U-17 World Cup a record five times to winning the gold at the 1996 Olympics and the Africa Cup of Nations on three occasions, Nigeria have always been the envy of many African nations and beyond when it comes to talent..

And you know the reason why ? The crazy zeal, and hunger-driven passion to make it to Europe to seal a lucrative deal and secure their future.

Just as they shone through the bright shiny lights of paparazzi same as they dim off like slowly and forgotten. This comes with a lots of factors AGE FALSIFICATION, INDISCIPLINE, GREED, and other factors worth mentioning..

But reverse is the case when you have players who are born in Europe and grows through academy ranks. OSAZE is a good example, he played and bowed out at the right time..

Iwobi is following same steps, same as NDIDI who is stepping up his game week in week out.

We have raw talents who can makes MESSI and Ronaldo go jealous but the a 35-year old man who has bore 3 kids will still participate in U17 World Cup and he will use his strength + HUNGERIZED -ZEAL to bully the innocent kids and rise up as a rising Star and we start the hypocritical hyping and alas he will fade off in 3 years when his bone are calling shots for retirement..

Plus, it doesn't just applies to Nigeria alone, where are the likes of Freddy Adu, Pato, Owusu Abieye, Giovanni dos Santos, Adam Johnson, et all.

Like Pele once said : Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do.

BTW, where's LALASTICLALA when you need him

my brother I agree with you wella.
Though I must add that including Pato in that list is a bit unfair. na injuries kill d guy career.
And Adam Johnson knack a 15 year old geh, come go jail for i think 7 years.

You need to get yourself properly educated. It is well documented and widely reported that Nigeria has taken over from India as the poverty headquarters of the world grin there are more poor people in Nigeria than in any other country in the world grin go and do your research grin Fuckeduppedness grin
Oga we have more poor people than Ghana.
We have more rich people than Ghana.
It all boils down to the point that we have more people than Ghana.

psychologygh:
listen,if you don't know the GDP for Ghana, better shut up.Ghana has a GDP Norminal of 65 billion dollars with a population of 29 million people and a GDP PPP(purchasing power)of 190 billion dollars bigger than what Lagos has which is the 136 billion dollars.Lagos is not a country to have a GDP Norminal of its own so we calculate the GDP purchasing power for the whole Lagos State of over 25 million people who contribute 1/3 of Nigeria's 200 million population revenue which gives you the 130 billion dollars. Accra of 4 million people have a GDP PPP of 39 billion dollars. That 80 million dollars exports to Nigeria represents 0.47% of our exports in a year which is 17,1 billion dollars. So 80 million dollars is highly negligible to our 17.1 billion dollars exports. Your total exports in 2018 was 52 billion dollars and out of it was that 49 billion dollars which was over 94% was crude oil only seeing how your useless country is controlled by the wind of oil prices .Ain't you ashamed that you import everything including the refined crude you sold very cheap in barrels as crude oil.Disgraceful zoo, sorry nation.
Stupid much eh?
First of all, you need to get rid of whatever source that pegs your GDP at 65 billion dollars. It is 50 billion dollars (nominal GDP). To avoid the unnecessary b.s lets go with your 65 billion dollars.
Secondly, you obviously don't know much to not know that Lagos' estimated GDP has been pegged at 136 billion dollars (nominal GDP) by the IMF.
Thirdly and most importantly, you left out tge fact that Nigeria's GDP PP is 1.169 TRILLION DOLLARS!
Finally, you want me to be ashamed of importing everything when you import more from me than i from you..
Cheers!

We have a Market MANY TIMES the size of Ghana,

The $80M you receive from trade with Nigeria is worth more to your economy than the $159M we receive from you.. shocked

I know it's hard to swallow,

But in the grand scheme of things..

Ghana is a minor League player.. grin
You sort of stole my thunder bro buh God bless you.
You get brain.
PoliticsRe: Ghana Resorts To Diplomacy To Get Nigeria Border Opened by BlackLaw: 4:42pm On Oct 16, 2019
Its funny when you consider that Ghana's GDP of roughly $50 billion is almost equal to one third of Lagos' GDP of $136 billion.
What is even more interesting is that Ghanaians who do not understand the dangers of challenging Nigeria are the ones itching for a trade war, when their government is looking to resolve the issue peacefully.
The Ghanaians on this platform must understand that trade wars go beyond shutting down borders and foreign owned businesses and that in the grand scheme of things, $80 million mean more to Ghana than $150 million does to Nigeria.

As an aside, $150 million is less than what our boys spend on beer each evening.
