I'm a Yoruba lady this thread is bullsh***! I see lots of crybabies writing what not about igbo ladies and i wonder if these ladies fell from heaven were raised in Kuvuki land then mixed up with igbo men? Were they not brought up in Igboland, raised by Igbo parents (Men and women) with igbo norms, values and traditions. So what justifies badmouthing a life you raised?

We Yoruba ladies you praise so much, did we bring these qualities from heaven? No. We are modelled by our culture and norms. What you cherish in us was instilled by our fathers and mothers, we are molded by our norms and practices. Yes a yoruba lady who hitched an old man will be stigmatized in Yoruba land, but no one sees that as a big deal in Igbo land because men marries late anyways. That is CULTURE which varies. Does not marrying an old man make the Yoruba lady an Angel? No! It is just an uncommon practice.

If you Igbo men are tired of some part of your culture , change it! You don't go about blaming others for what you created. In the old, yoruba women hardly have a purse of their own, husbands provide all but they changed it when it became unbearable . They raised hardworking women whom you all cherish now. Go back to the drawing board, change aspects that don't favour you and stop complaining!

Now i know the tribe that sold out Nigerian women to the world! Hain! Crymen everywhere !

Is there any opposition in Zamfara before? Or your Peter Obi would win there as usual? APC is getting at least 65% of the votes there while Atiku, Kwankwaso and "Void" would share the remaining 35%. Obi is coming a distant fourth. Sorry.
