Matt Reeves is producing this movie and it will release a month before his Batman Part 2.

Matt Reeves is getting more involved with DC than I thought he would be, I didn't expect to see him producing Batman related DCU projects.

This is a wild prediction but I see the Reevsverse merging with the DCU in the future.

Think about it.

We have not heard anything about DCU Batman. Right now it seems likely that DCU Batman will never see the light of day. I feel like Robert will be only Batman moving forward.

And honestly I don't see any problem with that.

There's no excuse for anybody not to catch up on a series within 24 hours of a new episode release. Especially a highly anticipated series that is going to be spoiler heavy.

If you don't watch the finale before 12 noon tomorrow, that's on you.

I feel he's using it as a litmus test to test the audience if his DCU will fly. Unfortunately it might do more harm than good cause the gruesome nature of Creature Commandos will definitely hamper the kind of universe we have heard from many Gunn loyalists that have said Corenswet Superman is paying more homage to Christopher Reeve Superman than any other version...

The problem with this is that Creature Commandos is nothing special.

This is basically Suicide Squad with monsters and we've seen two Suicide Squad movies already. No one is jumping on their feet for another Suicide Squad adaptation.

Monsters or humans, it's still the same thing.

James Gunn should have released CC next year after Superman.

The problem with Gunn is that he's thinking like a creator and not like a businessman.

He favours his own style and he wants to do what he loves to do instead of what the general audience might want to see.

Creature Commandos, Peacemaker S2 and anything connected to the old DCEU should not exist at all. The DCU should have been a hard and complete reboot.

But Gunn is not a businessman and he's biased. Can't get rid of his sentimental attachments to his DCEU projects.

Is it just me or did this episode had some insane levels of plot armour and devices?

Because for a supposed billionaire who has had an attempt on his life, It would seem UDC had a death wish and with all that money, it seems his security is pretty shite! cuz how is skinny dipping in an open water with, no known perimeter? Anyway i enjoyed the episode still.


But thinking about it now, The Jackal's body count up until this point, is off the charts...he has been dropping bodies left, right and center. I know we are all rooting for him but there is no way in walks into the sunset after all of these, unscathed? except this is one of those rare media where the villain comes out tops which i doubt it is, because of the insane number work they have put into the character development of Bianca.

I am of the opinion that this was better as a one off show, but they went ahead to green lit an S2. So now what? what is the endgame? He has been profiled almost 100% now, and it shouldn't take that long to nab him, so what will the whole of S2 be about? Will he continue dropping bodies whilst Bianca continues the faux cat and mouse game when she has like 90% of the information to nail him? or does he really walk into the sunset after all it's said and done?...... Fascinating to think about but cautious enough to know they might get it terribly wrong....fingers crossed 🤞🏿 ⏳

Is this the first time you're seeing a disabled character in Avatar?

Toph was blind and Ming Hua had no arms but you draw the line at disabled Avatar.

They don't need a tragic backstory like FMAB to do it right.

Toph didn't need a tragic backstory for her blindness. They just told us she was born blind.
Of course her rich parents thought she was weak and helpless but that's hardly a tragic backstory compared FMAB.
Everybody that watched the show loved Toph and there's potential to recapture that magic again with an amputee Avatar.

Toph is the perfect blueprint, they don't need to copy FMAB.

Ming Hua was an amputee and she didn't even get a backstory.
Nobody cared because she's badass.

There's nothing wrong with an amputee Avatar.

We had disabled little girl and an armless water bender kicking ass and we loved it.

I just need them to make her an earth bending prodigy like Toph despite her physical condition. Nobody wants to watch a weak helpless Avatar.

I only brought up FMAB because in the concept art, her leg was made of wood. It should be platinum.
The Avatar universe has advanced technology for that.

I like that the next Earth Avatar is almost the same age as Aang

It means we're not getting any teenage love drama which is what I hate most about Legend Of Korra.

Also she's an amputee-missing a leg. I love that.

It means she's going to be an earth bending prodigy.

All the disabled people in Avatar universe are highly talented benders. Case in point, Toph and the armless water bender.

I hope they do something like Full Metal Alchemist and give her a metal leg instead of wood. Something made of platinum.

I think changing the 4 nations is a mistake but it'll be nice to see how the Avatar world evolved since Korra.

They had cars, planes, telephones and electricity in LOK.

I wonder if they will have Internet in the next one.

Lastly, Korra is still the worst Avatar.

Severing ties with the past Avatars means she's the only one this new Avatar can talk to.

That's messed up.

This new Avatar would have enjoyed talking to Aang. He was almost the same age when he started his journey.

There's a rumor floating around that there's going to be two Avatars and they are twins.

One is homeless, amputee and the other had better fortunes.

We've never had twin Avatars before.

But they shouldn't have announced season 2 this early.

This is a show with high stakes and suspense. Announcing season 2 now is just indirectly informing us that Jackal will survive
