TheKingIsHere:
Disney is in another litigation battle. But this time for the marvel characters.

This is why I always appreciate the fact that WB owns DC characters and no nonsense litigation issh but some people will never appreciate until they lose it all

Mickey mouse got a lot of money...
They should drop something for boys

Snyderbots and Batfleck's fans should manage their expectations.

It's a Flash movie.

Not later they will start moaning that Affleck was not given a proper send off

Nickshrapnel:
Imagine this trilogy.

I hope we get the Court of Owls at some point. They are an important part of Gotham's history, a secret society that controls everything from the shadows and weilds a power that mob bosses like Falcone and Maroni can only dream of.
And there's Talon. A very formidable villain.

But I really want a crossover with Joaquin Phoenix's Joker as well

Y'all don't realize how good of composer Natalie Holt is until you watch Loki and listen to that amazing score

alaboski:
Red Death?

There is a definitely a speedster villain in The Flash movie but my money's on Black Flash not Red Death...

.

Fingers crossed

Shang chi:legend of the ten rings (4.5/10)

Overhyped as f*ck

This Shang Chi is giving me Black Panther vibes
This is not the first time MCU would do a movie with a predominantly racial cast.
They used black culture and identity to sell Black Panther and now they pandering to the asian people

Critics praise it to the high heavens because Asian lives matters

Make e no shock anybody if Shang Chi gets nominated for best picture

Skseries:
MOS wasn't a master piece if u cant see it check urself.

U ever wonder why the generally movie goers never liked it? As complex as Nolan movies are it's generally accepted as master piece And those are even original unlike a movie that already have source materials.

So if a small chunk of the population sees it as a master piece and the major population doesn't then I don't get ur argument, cus it's not like it's me that told them all not to like it.

Is there anything I won't see on this thread

Peeps here really think MOS is a masterpiece

They should see Joker, TDK and Watchmen to get a feel of what a masterpiece looks like..

thatthickgurl:
Above average

A win

Thank you for recommending that show...

I had nothing to watch last weekend until I saw your comment. I binged the show cuz it is very interesting and draws the attention of the viewer and holds it till the end.

Clickbait is well made thriller, it kept me guessing and I didn't see the twist coming...

It's not 10/10 show by any means. Some of the characters were bland and it had a few pacing issues but when it comes to being a thriller, the writers of this show did a very good job.

Clickbait 7.5/10

You should recommend more good shows abeg

Women love a guy with a flashy car

abduleez1:
Lmao..... See finishing.

It's funny that recent DC directors don't like her dabbling in DC news.
First Cathy Yan, then Patty. And now.
E be like say dem gang up to put her in her place.

Even if Bane appeared at the end of the show, James Gunn wouldn't be happy with the leaks...I figured any good director would want a Bane cameo to be a jaw dropping and unexpected moment in the show.

abduleez1:
It's actually 5 theatrical movies to be precise.
Including DC Super Pets.

2 HBOMax streaming release (Batgirl and possibly Static Shock)

2 DC series to be released: starting with Peacemaker [January 22nd] and Green Lantern series.

So in total, that makes it 9 NEW PROJECTS debuting next year. That's a whole lotta content man.

Remove Static Shock. I haven't heard anything about the movie since WB hired a screenwriter five months ago...

Blue Beetle will most likely debut before Static Shock on HBO Max seeing as WB has already casted someone in the lead role.

TheKingIsHere:
Lol, Black Adam will be behind Aquaman for sure.

For WB to use Aquaman2 to square up against Avatar2 in Dec 2022, they know how huge the Aquaman fanbase is

If WB know what's good for them, they better reduce Amber Heard's role in the movie. If they can't do that, they should try leaving her out of the trailers and promotional posters..

Aquaman was trending on US Twitter when those pics went viral and guess who else was trending on that day, Amber Heard.

Even though na Jason dey the picture.

I can't imagine the amount of negativity this movie got behind it because of one person

Ocean Master and the Lost Barbershop

Starring Patrick Wilson as Ocean Master

Directed by James Wan

HaLLantern:
4 to be precise.

8 not 4 if you count both the theatrical and HBOMax films, Peacemaker series which is starting January 22 and HBOMax Green Lantern series is next year too

Make una come see wetin Netflix dey cook

The most expensive Netflix movie ever

abduleez1:

6pm Nigerian time

I will watch it on Facebook

NB. DC Fandome is free to all fans across the world

Nickshrapnel:
FANDOME poster.

There's a lot of content they'll be showing at the Fandome and the graphic designer didn't know how best to fit everything into the poster...
So he probably just decided to pack all the stuff there

TheKingIsHere:
Exactly what I said.

Rn, studios are more focused on streaming money.

Any movie that does well on streaming even if it's a flop at the BO, is likely to get a sequel

Two spinoff projects for TSS?
Peacemaker and who again?

This is the nexus event

Raalsalghul:
We hear this everytime prior to a D.C release.

Abeg rest!

What they say matters to me this time because I do care for the new Batman movie and I want it to be worth it

It's the rough cut. WB will probably cut it down to 2hrs 20-30min

The movie is still on post production

abduleez1:
Omo .....

It was actually Batman not Black Adam

abduleez1:
Peacemaker you say??

Peacemaker will arrive in January

Warner might surprise us with a teaser or an official trailer at DC Fandome

Now imagine Bane showing up at the end of the teaser

Fandome 2.0 might be wild

Topmaike007:
But is it not total madness for us to pay such amount for a player in his last year..

We should leave Mbape till next season and get him for free abeg..

170mil is too much jare..

The way I see it, Perez doesn't want to take any chances...

Waiting to sign Mbappe for free next summer carries a heavy risk...
Every European heavyweight will be all over him next summer. Which club wouldn't want to get Mbappe for free?
Perez does not want to drag Mbappe with anyone next summer

TheKingIsHere:
It should be PG13 biko.

I don't want any hinderance at BO

It's probably PG-13

Warner Bros need to sell toys

Angry Batman

Yes please

The Dark Knight meets Joker

We are getting a very dark and gritty Batman film.
