Complete delusion. I think you are too young to understand the complexities of governance and the power of words. If Osinbajo is coordinating, he is not acting He should be refered to as "Acting President". Period. Abba Kyari can stop him from signing any important document by claiming that he is taking it to the president to sign in London. In fact he can ground everything to a halt.
