Im not against EFCC arresting anyone deemed to be corrupt. What Im against is the indefinite detention of people. I dont see any reason why EFCC should hold anyone longer than 48 hours at the end of which they either charge the person to court or release them. This method of arresting people then holding them for months while conducting investigation is horrible.

Yet u leave in poverty and squalor. No infrastructure, high unemployment and insecurity. Pls was it less horible wen the thieves were looting with reckless abandon. Pls direct your anger appropriately, not trying to undermine the graft agencies ok

And fyi, holding charge is very well established in our jurisprudence.
