That mean, you gonna deal with the hate forever...so don't complain any more about those who hate your beloved nigeria because as long as there is no biafra, people will always wish your beloved nigeria evil
Am not complaining, am placing a curse on all haters that will follow them for eternity. They will bear worthless offspring and the wealth of their hands will dry up and turn to dust

Venezuela has all but descended into civil war. Foodstuff is being rationed and the people are calling for the president's resignation.

Point is, this drop in oil problem is not peculiar to nigeria. Everybody is having a tough time, including saudi arabia

APChangeZombie:
Part of the agreement to support Buhari, the US insisted that the new APC govt will take an IMF loan drawn in dollars.

The reason the US stopped buying our oil during Jonathan was because that govt was diversifying our external reserves away from the dollar and moving closer to BRICs currency and the Chinnese RMB.

Now that the APC is in govt the US is now showing their real hand and are insisting on devaluation first before they loan Buhari any dime.

The 2016 deficit budget is based on this same loans and so we can simply assume that by January when they begin to take the first tranct of IMF loan they will start devaluation.

The dollar is climbing against the dollar now because people are scrambling for it in anticipation of future devaluation.

By January expect the dollar to trade 500 naira.

The foolish apc zombies sold us to JP Morgan because they wanted power by all means.
I dont know why u delight in lies and falsehood. First of all, from ur post I know u are not even from the nigerdelta. You are an ipad apologist trying to disguise as a nigerdeltan. Everything about u is a lie including your name.
I dont know what IMF loan u are talking about cos the last time Largarde was here she said nigeria doesnt need such loan and even buhari rufused to request for it. Not to mention, buhari evenwent ahead to sign agreement with china, boycotting the use of dollars. Is this the same person u are claiming has a dollar agenda??

Stop with your ridiculous lies already!

But here u are purchasing from the samemarket with other nigerians, paying quadrupple for transport just like the people u "lolling" at and living in perpetual darkness like everyone else.

Isnt that stupidity at its peak? Sometimes i think hate and anger blocks wailers ability to use their brain

They listed 10 demands,Buhari should start with those 10 and let's see where that takes us to.
Even before they demanded anything, one of buhari's first priority was cleanup of ogoni land. And infact money has been set aside for that. They are asking buhari to apologise for the death of alameseigha. How? What has alameseigha's travails got to do with buhari?? Was he the one that arrested him or led to his early death?? They said fg amnesty programme shld be well funded. Well, where will the money come from when u keep destroying our only source of income?? These people are not freedom fighters, they are touts and hooligans. Let them keep destroying pipeline na, we are all in the same nigeria. We will all suffer it together. Ngozi123:
The problem is that this is not the case in Nigeria. Every region is not contributing equally and those that contribute the most get very little in proportion to the amount they out in. You have people killing each other in Nigeria in the name of religion/cultural way of life. Do you really believe that this would happen in an independent Igbo nation. I get the sense that you're trying to scaremonger Igbos into not leaving Nigeria, for what reason, no one knows.... It is clear that Nigeria in its current format is a failure and it is also clear that the leaders, and many of the people going by your comments, are happy with the status quo. Well I, for one, am not happy and when I look at Nigeria I see a nation that is happy with underachieving. I want my country to be the best that it can be. Right now, I am nothing but disappointed with what Nigeria has become; a nation with so much hope has now become so hopeless. I feel that a new start will benefit us all.
Its very easy to think thatone region is contributing more than the other. Perhaps u are referring to the nigerdelta that contributes most of the oil revenue. But guess what? Your foodstuff, every single thing u eat where does it come from?? Meat, tomatoes, yams u name it, where do u get it from. Just this small tomato epidemic and the whole nation is crying. I am not scaremongering anybody. My point is, the idea of biafra is not only ridiculous but unfeasible. Breaking the country into two wont solve its problems. Rather it will only create two weaker, poorer nations with even bigger socio-economic problems. No region can live on its own. Nigeria is a miraculous chaos, but its from that chaos that we will derive properity

Then let the problem befall Biafra! How is it ur concern what happens there? If brothers from Ebonyi and Anambra fight how does it take anything away from you? There are few incidences of the squabbling in one big Nigeria, did it affect u in any way? So if they stay on their own and engage in their issues why are u bothered? At least they'll be sure they're dealing with people that reason alike not those already programmed to kill because their religion has deceived them into regarding others as infidels.

Leave all this ur drama, what will be will be and u can never stop it. It's as simple as that.
U are now personalizing it. Its not about me. I thot u were matured enough to discuss principle. Anyway, whatever u say biafra is dead on arrival!

Ngozi123:
I'm confused, are you talking about LGAs or states?

Btw, that comment wasn't in response to your one, alas, we digress. Of course there'd be some discontent if the Igbos were to have their own nation, all countries have it, however, it is undeniable that it would be miniscule compared to the ethnic and religious divisions that we witness today in Nigeria. For one, an independent Igbo nation would be mostly Christian and thus be based on Christian values. We would not have a situation where one part of the country lives on fundamentally different values than the other part of the country. We would have a consensus amongst one another. As for your point about Ebonyi and Anambra people, I would expect an independent Igbo nation to be based on true federalism, meaning that each region looks after itself. This would allow each region to shine in its own unique way. The Ebonyi people will be contributing to the nation's coffers just as those from Anambra, making them 'equal'.
And how is this different from what we have in nigeria?? Their is no country on the face of this earth where everybody has exactly the same values. We all rely on each other to survive. We all have our areas of strength and weaknesses. If u advocate for breaking nigeria, same fate will befall biafra. because every country has its differences. By the time an ebonyi man is denied presidency once or twice ( as i am sure will bethe case) all hell will also let loose. And then what do u do with those who prefer nigeria to biafra?? U cant force them to stay as well

These people are really serious,
it's high time we stopped castigating them, calling them criminals but actually looked into their complaints
What complaints pls. If u can mention just one complaint that fg has ignored, maybe u will have a case. First agenda upon swearing in of the President was the clean up of nigerdelta. Something jonathan wasnt even bothered about. You have nigerdelta ministry, nddc, presidential committee on amnesty etc all looking into developing the region. The niger delta states earn the highest allocation in the country. All the oil companies in nigeria majorly target graduates from niger delta for employment (I know because i've been bounced before for not having delta as my state of origin).

So pls pls what more do they wanthuh What has fg done that is so terrible that they have to destroy the livelihood of the nation by resorting to bombs and also polute their own environment??

Quite a few actually...Have you been to Anambra State in the past 5 years? I've even seen some in my village.

I am Igbo but I believe that those in the South-South who do not want to be in Biafra but don't want to stay in Nigeria should be given the chance to have their own country. If the Biafrans are really serious about having a true democracy then they should 'practice what they preach' observing the right to self determination.
Quit the noisemaking pls.
Theres no such thing as biafra. Nigeria is here to stay. All this biafra rubbish is born out of frustration.

Even in your state, not every lga is equal. Will ur biafra ever consider an ebonyi man as equal to an anambra man?? What of the various lga that biafra doesnt recognise as "igbo"??

There will always be discontentment among diff people that come together. Breaking the country is not the solution. Rather focus on the real problem. U say u are marginalized, how? State ur demands. The leaders of your state, what have the done for u or achieved so far?? Cos make no mistake, even if u divide the problem will still follow u. U cant fix a problem by creating another
