Which is a shame tho. Cos when u hate your head, your body can never be well |

But why do Nigerian workers enjoy strike?
Una no dey tire? because the salary is so small and appalling. So whenever there is strike its opportunity to save your transport fare. How can u be paying a family man 40k and u expect he will be excited about coming to work?? |

Wike don't try it, leave it there so everytime Ameachi sees it he will realise how he failed Rivers people Use your brain rather than emotions or bias. So should we also wait for jonathan to complete his own rail for which he squandered the money and left half way?? Shld be also wait for jonathan to come and defeat bokoharam?? How about the electricity that he swore to improve, shld also wait for him?? I know u are intelligent. But sometimes personal bias and hate blocks the brain from doing its job! |

Eluwilussit: You are so pathetic and petty. Nobody is saying that Saraki isn't a thief or that he's a saint. Nope. Stop playing to the gallery and face the truth and the crux of the topic. Stop pandering to the majority. Saraki can only be proven guilty by a competent court of law and never by you or your likes. Newsflash: me and my likes are not the ones trying saraki. Duh! He is being tried by a competent court and the Supreme court has said the trial MUST go on. It is u and your likes that like deluding yourselves, trying to garner public pity to support a criminal! |

kulobyno: Too long. What's the summary The summary is that OP does not feel Umar should be trying the senate president. But my question to saraki loyalists is thish if u succeed in removing umar as CCT chairman, does that mean u won? Does that kill the case?? To me, the more saraki tries to throw spanners in the wheel of justice, the more guilty he looks. This case would have since been over if saraki was innocent. An innocent man has nothing to fear, regardless of whoever is the judge! |
Politics › Re: Withdraw From Saraki’s Trial, Eminent Lawyers Advise Umar by blackpanda: 4:56am On Apr 24, 2016 |
[s] Eluwilussit: A few days ago, it was reportedly claimed that the judge had reached an agreement with Saraki to favour him with his judgment, until a "top security goon" confronted the judge with some evidence of his deal with Saraki. It was also claimed that the judge was blackmailed by the security personnel into working against Saraki to save his neck and career.
Going by that particular account, how is the judge not completely compromised? How can he ever be fair to Saraki? Why was the judge not arrested and the case used against him and Saraki? You don't save a corrupt judge to nail a corrupt politician and turn around and claim that you are fighting corruption.
That judge should resign and be arrested and prosecuted. The "top goon " should be investigated as well. We are doing a clean up exercise and should be sincere and ethical about it.
If you know anything about how the legal system operates, you will know that Saraki has already been proclaimed guilty, which is wrong. Let the courts decide. The constitution should be followed and the appropriate court should handle this case. We are talking about the Senate President of Nigeria. At this rate, we will fast degenerate into a dictatorship. [/s] What sort of horseshit is this Where did u get ur ridiculous lies from?? Abeg rest! Saraki is a known thief and criminal. This is not use. Stop looking for silly ways to spin your spurious claims |

9jatatafo: Saraki cannot go to jail for your information. What do you know about the law? CCT is not a competent court of law and has no jusrisdiction to send Saraki to prison. The Supreme court begs to differ! Just relax and watch as saraki is handcuffed into kuje |
Politics › Re: Withdraw From Saraki’s Trial, Eminent Lawyers Advise Umar by blackpanda: 2:53pm On Apr 23, 2016 |
ibitzbarlow: In your eyes and the lot like you, anybody that speaks the truth that exposes the non-compliance of this government and their cronies to the rule of law or due process has been bought or is criminal. For the good of the country and our future, while we strive to punish those who have walked on the wrong side of the law, we should not disregard the supremacy of the constitution of the land. Saraki may be guilty but he is not until is proven beyond reasonable doubt that he is; hence all his fundamental rights which include his right to fair hearing should be made available to him. Remember, today is for Saraki but tomorrow may be for any other person. It could be your or me! This is nothing but an appeal to pity. If saraki wasnt a thief and a liar, there will be nothing to punish him for. So dont come here to solicit support for a criminal! |

[s] odikimi: I am use to your ravishing on any issue, esp. when you don't have a superior argument, you resort to name calling. We are talking about fair hearing, you are talking about a letter from EFCC that was released 2 -3days ago.
Since the issue of Umar with the EFCC started, what were they doing? you allow yo emotions to control your shallow reasoning. Please go and read "the Republic" by Plato and digest his advise on "allowing your appetite to control your reasoning".
I am the most objective one here, I wish Saraki be jailed for 100yrs and I have written a brief that should PDP welcome Saraki I will tear my membership card publicly. I hate the man but that won't take away my obligation as a minister in the temple of justice, whose duty is to see that Justice is seen to have being done. I hate Saraki but Justice I stand for. [/s] This is nothing but horse shit! I never insulted u and I certainly wasnt referring to any letter from EFCC. I am sure you can read. Supreme Court judgement is not EFCC letter. They are two different things! And btw, I dont hate saraki. Nobody hates him. Rather its his illegal actions that necessitate legal sanctions. The supreme court has said there are no legal impediments to the trial. So your noisemaking is quite uncalled for! |

odikimi: pls sir, I think I hate the man Saraki more than you. You won't know what I am saying, but this is the reason I decided to be a lawyer. There is what is called presumption of innocence that is why, those BH people are referred to as suspects. It pains my heart that fair trial seems alien to u guys. I hate violation of fair hearing. It could happen to you one day when you have issue with rich man. You claim to be a lawyer but u reason like a layman. The so called "eminent lawyers" are advising the CCT Chairman to go against an issue that has already been decided by the supreme court. Supreme court has said the trial must go ahead, so your attempt to appeal to emotions rather than reason is ridiculous. And by the way, saraki is not only a super rich man but the no.3 person in this country. So your analogy is pointless! |

The game plan is to degrade any possible alternative aside "APC in APC" to Nigerians and render PDP, the only opposition with national spread ineffective to launch aggressive comeback. This nothing but baseless conspiracy theories. Efcc or ICPC wont have anything to chance u for if you havent stolen or soiled your hands.
