[s] OLADD: Stop that mad talk! That's how you people run your mouths like untamed patriots calling PDP this, PDP that. Was is only PDP that ruled the country for 16 years at both state and Federal levels? Many of you would never bother to talk about gigantic fraud also penetrated by APC in all the states under their control. Virtually every Nigerian is corrupt including the sycophants that vilify PDP on Nairaland but associating corruption with that party and leaving out APC is not only a sin, it shows how wicked, insincere and mischievous you people are. How come you and your ilks suddenly went mute on Fashola's N78m Website Scandal? What about N300m he spent on Borehole? I can tell you that's just a tip of frauds perpetuated in Lagos. Was Fashola a member of PDP? Accusing and jailing all PDP members in Nigeria, I can tell you for free, will not rid Nigeria of corruption. [/s] See the load of trash u just typed! You are part of the problem we are talking about. People who benefitted from the greed of the past regime or corruption apologists with nothing positive to contribute to national development! There is no defence to corruption. GEJ and PDP were the biggest problem of the country. Thank God for Buhari who has the courage to wipe them off and recover our monies. |
TV/Movies › Shanara Chronicles by blackpanda(op): 6:52am On Feb 16, 2016 |
This is a new series by MTV. Its set with influences from game of thrones and lord of the rings genre. But shanara chronicles is a somewhat understated version.
Interesting storyline and powerful graphics, but I find the characters not as strong or emotional as game of thrones. |

This is the cesspool of shit that GEJ and his PDP goons put nigeria. What a shame! Everybody was just looting as they like without caution or care for the law.
Anyway, its not surprising. When oga at the top said looting is not corruption. That just gives green light to public officials to do as they like. Impunity at its highest! |

No my friend, I will do no such thing. Buhari has done absolutely nothing to ease the suffering of the poor masses who voted for him. Thank God I never did. I always knew Buhari was incompetent and not the change Nigeria needs. Yea then stop wailing. You didnt vote for him and u said u never expected anything from him, so why the continous noise making. Its best to keep quiet and exercise ur franchise next voting season. As for the rest of us, we will support govt the best way we can. |

There's nothing wrong with masturbation. Infact it is very healthy. The only problem is when it starts interfering with your relationship/love life e.g when u prefer to masturbate than be with your partner. Excessive masturbation too isnt good. Twice or 3times a week is ok. |

Burutai's men didn't just kill shiites on the road, they went to shiite compound to continue their killing spree. All fingers crossed for the members of "mount of fire" church.

Killed Stop being over dramatic just to make a point. Nobody said anything about killing anybody. He has a case to answer in court, of which he may or may not be guilty. Rather than run like a common criminal, why not hire the best lawyers and go scot free. Well lets see how long he can run....and that one that call himself ijaw community elder is nothing but a truant. nobody is above the law. lookandlaff: it's money we don't have to spend (for now so long as Oil prices remain low) but the "gain" is offset by the fact that this same Oil is our main revenue earner so while we "gain" because we dont have to pay subsidies, we lose much more from the lower price of crude. So in other words the loss cancel the gain and we are back to square 1 Hmmm |

Dudeweedlmao: Why cant you guys fight corruption while simultaneously trying to balance the economy? What would you do if after fighting "corruption" and then you look up and realize that there is no Nigeria to govern. You talk as if u can just press a button and reset the nigerian economy. Its not magic, we have been depending on a single commodity for FE. So now that the commodity is worthless, what do u expect. Nigeria will bounce back but its gonna take time. We need funds to jumpstart other industries, funds that are tied down in private accounts by virtue of corruption and looting. |

Politics › Re: AGF, Senate, NDLEA Agree On Kashamu’s Extradition by blackpanda: 12:37pm On Feb 14, 2016 |
omohayek: I didn't realize you were quite this stupid. In your simplistic worldview, either one accepts that western countries are all trying to keep the black man down, or one has a "suppressed mentality that everything foreign is good". As I said, it's precisely people like you, who fail to accept that Nigeria is indeed lagging behind in many ways, who are responsible for the country remaining as backward as it is. You can't even distinguish between the ICC and bilateral extradition agreements, have probably never even stepped foot outside of Nigeria's borders, and yet you consider yourself knowledgeable enough to dismiss the accusations against Kashamu based on Nigeria's supposedly exemplary "rule of law"?
You're a living, breathing illustration of the Dunning-Kruger effect in action. Please shut up. All u did was insult. No brain, no intelligence and apparently no home training. You only abuse and insult with nothing positive to offer. If you dont like nigeria, then get out and get lost! We dont need the likes of u....nonsense! |
Politics › Re: AGF, Senate, NDLEA Agree On Kashamu’s Extradition by blackpanda: 12:17pm On Feb 14, 2016 |
omohayek: Stop spouting rubbish about a country you've clearly never been to. It's precisely "anti colonial" people like you who are responsible for the mess most of Africa is in today. You're so ready to swallow anything that's against the white devils in your imaginations that you forgive the very real black devils in your midst. Nigeria doesn't need the likes of Kashamu running around freely and besmirching the country's already soiled reputation: let him go and answer his father's name in America. Actually u are the one spewing trash with your suppressed mentality that everything foreign is good. Its not. We have our own legal system and by our constitution kashamu is innocent until proven otherwise. If america wants him, they should follow the normal process of law. Its not about defending criminals, its about the rule of law. People with mental colonisation like you always think everything foreign is good and better than here. When u have never crossed border before Try and break off from colonisation, it wont do u any good! |
Politics › Re: AGF, Senate, NDLEA Agree On Kashamu’s Extradition by blackpanda: 12:06pm On Feb 14, 2016 |
[s] omohayek: This is ridiculous. Do you really think the Nigerian legal system comes anywhere close to that of the United States in terms of quality or fairness? For your information, most Western countries have extradition treaties with each other, and extraditing criminals from Europe to the USA, or vice versa, is no big deal. You also need to learn the distinction between the ICC and bilateral extradition treaties between nations.
People need to stop trying to stir up nationalism to defend Nigerian criminals. If people like Kashamu, Ibori and Alamieyeseigha are sought on criminal charges abroad, then there is no reason to keep them from going to face justice where their crimes were allegedly committed: any effort to the contrary is simply thieving, crooked politicians defending one of their own, at the expense of the Nigerian masses (as always). [/s] Get your head out of your colonial shackles! There is no perfect legal system. Even in US, innocent people end up in jail. A black suspect in america has a 90% chance of going to jail (whether or not he is innocent), compared to his white counterpart. Stop watching tv series and thinking thats how things really are on ground. You are deceiving no one but yourself. Btw its not about defending nigerian criminals. All countries have criminals. We have our own legal system and its good enough for us! |

US and the UK does not recognize the Rome statue on which ICC is formed. So that's why they'll never submit to ICC. I believe this will answer your question about switzerland: http://www.wsj.com/articles/BL-LB-51374And you just buttressed my point with regards to US and UK. If extradition is not possible for them, then why should we be in a hurry to send our own to them |

omolola15: Our own wey go spoil out name for obodo oyibo. If he was an ordinary citizen, tell me they wouldn't have extradited him by now. In switzerland, its very difficult to extradite a citizen. Same with many western countries. Nobody sends their own to be slaughtered in a foreign land when the country has its own justice system. Infact in the US, by virtue of their constitution the govt will pull heaven and earth to defend its citizen. This is the reason Bush and Blair will never be sent to face ICC for their crimes in middle east But in nigeria, the past administration kept send out its citizens simply because they wanted selfish "international favours". Its time for nigerians to wake up and stop playing second fiddle to the international community. |
