Where are the "hard landing" people? |
Were those prophets and their daughters alleged to have stolen 7.2 billion naira? A depraved soul. |
This call is ill-timed. Now, the naira is steadily rising against the dollar; this man come call. Whenever he makes a call, something goes wrong. God abeg! |
This fake story was written by a man. |

Alusiizizi:I lack words to describe you: You're a great mind. |
Alusiizizi:Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, again. |
FreeStuffsNG:You're not looking at the issues from the right perspectives I'm afraid. 1. Regarding funding, there are new interest blocks in Niger's issue. You didn't consider that. 2. Regarding Nigeria having options, I laugh at your ignorance. Why has the electricity debacle lingered for more than 40 years? Nigeria currently requires 30,000MW of electricity to meet national residential and industrial power demand. Your country's operational generation capacity is less than 5000MW out of the 22,000MW installed capacity. You don't even want to talk about the corruption in transmission. Those options you enumerated plus solar, wind and coal can give Nigeria way more than 50,000MW. Despite these, why are we still doing about 4000MW? That's you question to answer. |
Justiceleague1:Thank you @justiceleague1. You're so correct, and sincerely I'm not. I'm geographically and culturally far from the Igbos. |
JagabanB:The highlighted is the only useful part of your comment. Sincerely, no! I and, I believe, many other Nigerians do not desire that our country fails because we have children. I'm truly praying that Tinubu succeeds. |
Stoplying:You're the one who didn't understand me. Kindly reread the post. I do not support Bola's thoughtless decision. I also don't think Nigeria is gaint of Africa. It just perceived. Many Nigerians, including me, sincerely desire the prosperity of Nigeria. It's disheartening the polical class are toying with the country and it's people. |

ivolt:You're embarrassingly wrong about the highlighted. That date you're referring to is probably when Shehu Garba explained to Nigerians, through the media, the importance of that Nigeria-Niger electricity pact. The Kandadji dam started in 2019 and is projected to end in 2026. The ousted president hasn't done much in this regard beyond visiting the project site; hence, It hasn't progressed. Niger's civil government has, in the past, had meetings and discussions with a previous Nigeria minister of power on how to handle issues that concerning the project. I know about one of the meetings. Because of Tinubu's carelessness, Niger's new government may not hold discussions. I'm concerned about the implications for us. I'm from a region of the country that'll likely be affected. You're lucky I answered you.

The masquerade is yet to dance in the square. If things do not take a different turn, the real issues will play out after the dust is calm. Firstly, BOLA Ahmed Tinubu took a thoughtless decision to cut electricity supply to Niger Republic, breaking the 1960 pact between the two countries. A forward thinking leadership will plan for the possibility of a retaliation from Niger Republic. But, it looks like the man is busy trying to make name for himself. If the other country eventually decides to build a dam over the River Niger, it will have noticeable socio-economic impact on Nigeria. Secondly, If Tinubu does not execute his treat of invasion, there will, undeniable, be a serious dent on his capacity, further diminishing the perceived image of Nigeria as the African giant. Also, this will also establish the narrative on the international scene that ECOWAS is a puppet of the west. MODIFIED: After reading comments, I'll reply a couple. I'll be very hard on the brain dead, caustic and uncouth individuals who chose to abandon civility in their comments, but I'll reply reasonable comments with urbanity. For those like Stoplying who misunderstood the, I partly take responsibility for clarity, but I expect such persons to read and understand the context. |

BREAKING: Ike Ekweremadu, wife, daughter found guilty of organ trafficking The prosecutor Hugh Davies KC told the court the Ekweremadus and Obeta had treated the man and other potential donors as “disposable assets – spare parts for reward”. https://barristerng.com/breaking-ike-ekweremadu-wife-daughter-found-guilty-of-organ-trafficking/ I feel deep pity for this family. |
Tinubu Has Zero Tolerance for Corruption - Prof. Sagay _“I give you an example: when it was learnt that some Lagos State judges were corrupt, what the attorney general did then was to upgrade all their conditions and each was given a house and four wheel vehicles." https://barristerng.com/tinubu-has-zero-tolerance-for-corruption-prof-sagay/ Tell me that you didn't laugh |
Foolish talk. He's a northerner and he feels he's the best person to tackle the marginalization of easterners when there is an easterner contesting. This Dubai man is too shallow and obvious. |
The world wakes up to the news of her demise. As the entire country and her citizens mourn, may the late queen's immediate family find consolation in the hope that she rests in peace. Amen!

YOU SHOULD BE CONCERNED ONLY IF YOUR WIFE DISCUSSES THE AFFAIRS OF YOUR HOME WITH HER MOTHER, AND IF THE MOTHER TRIES TO INTRUDE INTO YOUR FAMILY AFFAIRS. IF THIS IS NOT THE CASE, THEN YOU'RE BEING CHILDISH. DON'T ALLOW EGO TO INFORM YOUR DECISION. BE WISER. MORESO, YOU ADMITTED IN ONE OF YOUR RESPONSES THAT THE WOMAN IS LONELY. NOW, TURN THE TABLE: IF YOUR MUM WAS LONELY AND SHE CALLS YOU AND HER OTHER CHILDREN DAILY TO CHECK UP ON YOU AND THEM, AND YOUR WIFE REQUESTS THAT YOU SHOULD STOP OR REDUCE THE CALLS, HOW WILL YOU TAKE THAT? WHAT'S GOOD FOR THE GOOSE IS GOOD FOR THE GANDER. IF YOUR MOTHER INLAW POKE NOSES INTO YOUR FAMILY MATTERS, OR TRIES TO NEGATIVELY INFLUENCE YOUR WIFE, THEN BY ALL MEANS, YOU SHOULD TAKE AN ACTION TO CONTAIN THAT, OTHERWISE STAND BACK. |
This is how you know people who will not work.

Some thing isn't adding up in your story. Your girlfriend consistently does something that physically hurts you. So, how does this woman gets you to always lie down facing up for her sit on your tommy? It hurts you and you repeat the same thing; it keeps paining you and you keep repeating the same. Don't even come up here and type a response claiming that she does it whenever you're lying down because you'll sound stupid. If you don't like what she does, don't lie down facing up whenever she's around you. My conclusion: you actually enjoy the act, but you came here to disturb us. That's childlike. BE VERY CAREFUL. |
IF 1. He married you legally 2. He bore offspring(s) with you 3. He built or paid the rent of the house you were both living before he walked out on you. 4. You differ to him For your husband to abscond, chances are that there's someone "stronger" than him in that home. Or, least likely, that he's under a demonic influence (his heart's been stolen from you and his children by Jaz.) |
All this man, Buhari, wanted was to be seen, once again, as 'The President'. He had lost popularity and public reckoning of being an important person; he was going into oblivion. Hence, his penchant for power. He was after the public's admiration, to be looked upon as a leader, especially in the north. This is all he wanted, and this is why he cried when he lost the general election in 2011. Unfortunately for Nigerians, in 2015, he got what he was looking for. He's not regretting what our country has become in his hands. He's content (deeply satisfied) with his elevated status of being an important personality. Buhari's greatest fear is for him to be overthrown. |
