That would only apply to those seeking entry into software testing. I still believe that software testing experience is much more sought after than an ISEB qualification.  You and i know that the ISEB exams is so easy that any one worth a bit of salt should scale through easily.

Cement producers can simply cut supply to raise prices with little or no competition - simple economics.

So what can the govt do? Here's a few suggestions.

- They can provide subsidies to cement producers.
- They can cut any tax imposed on cement producers.
- They can encourage foreign companies to supply cement from outside the country by removing import tarifs.
- They can supply interest free loans to cement producers for them to invest in extra capacity.
- They can 'Nationalise' cement companies.

Only applicable in a sane environment and not a country like Nigeria ruled by drug barons, thieves and murderers

It is very daft to blame GEJ for the rot in the civil service, especially when his govt is the one raising the call. Its pretty dim to claim that the FCT minister is acting outside the FG's wish. Seriously, it is seismically daft.

No doubt a minister from the same government raised the call - but the fact remains that GEJ was in charge of the said FCT . I think it is also foolish of you to go round yabbing Osun's state Gov for not appointing commissioners for 9 months - At least in Osun state , the so called state offices did not rack up debt.

How a man intends to boost education when the same Government spends 3 quarters of its budget on government largesse baffles me. Until we address the underlying issues all these headline grabbing statement means absolute nothing. We know anyway, those who really impact societies are people of little words. I am very sure GEJ wouldn't even recognise Steve Jobs if the man were to walk past him.
