I choose to believe that God made his appointment possible for a purpose which was achieved. Much of the development we see in place in the Judicial system in Lagos is due to his efforts. That was indeed the best choice for BAT and Lagos at that point in time.

Do I support his decision to contest against BAT? The truth is that we don't have an indepth knowledge of how and why he chose to do so. Sometimes, only a complete story viewed from all angles throws sufficient light into an occurrence. We can debate only on what we know.

As the Nation awaits the nomination of the APC Presidential Flagbearer, President Muhammadu Buhari on Monday, met with some governors of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) from the north at the Presidential Villa Abuja and among other things, debunked the rumours which gained traction earlier in the day that the ruling party had settled for Senate President, Ahmed Lawan.

Sources at the meeting stated that the President distanced himself from the alleged endorsement of Lawan by the APC’s National Chairman, Senator Abdullahi Adamu.

The President was reported to have told the Governors that consultations should be broadened to ensure that a candidate with popular appeal emerges as the consensus candidate before the commencement of the Convention on Tuesday.

I strongly suspect that the spate of killings going on in Yoruba land is being carried out by Tinubu's minions.

First of all, he allegedly supported the people that massacred Yoruba catholics to pit the Yorubas against the Fulanis, as retaliation for denying him the needed support to mount the presidency

Now, he is allegedly supporting the Yoruba retaliatory attacks against northerners in Ondo.

This is all to enhance his presidential prospects.

Peter obi said a lot of nonsense about the way he ran a frugal government as Anambra State governor for 8 years. What he failed to tell some gullible Nigerians is how his "stinginess" to a fault which he called saving cost benefited Anambra people. Despite not constructing a single dual carriageway in Anambra state for 8 years, the narrow roads obi constructed through the state have all collapsed or nearly collapsed withing just 3 years and begging for attention. It is worthy of note that most roads constructed by Ngige over 10 years ago are still solid and in active use to date.. With peter obi, it's the more you look, the less you see.

When you ask peter obi propaganda team what tangible projects peter obi constructed as governor of Anambra State, they will tell us he built rural roads across the state without telling you the quality of the roads. This is the state of the roads done by peter obi. Enugwu-Agidi/Nawgu Roa, Nnobi/ Igbo-Ukwu

Amaechi seemed to have been mostly favoured considering his exceptional courage in helping Buhari win the ticket of the party in 2014 when Abubakar Atiku and Rabiu Kwakwanso were both tipped and supported by Tinubu. Amaechi it was thought would have been Buhari's running mate but the President asked Tinubu to choose the Vice President, to curtail the fallout from the primaries where Tinubu felt crushed by Amaechi who had not long joined the party from a faction of the ruling PDP, known as the nPDP.

So we are now at the point where Tinubu will leave the APC and move to SDP to try his luck with a Muslim-Muslim ticket .

Just like Abiola's Hope '93 campaign , Tinubu will be contesting on the same SDP platform with a northern Muslim running mate.
