Since, you are not homeless, why not move into your own accommodation and you no longer need to listen to insults from your aunt. When you were living in your four bedroom, did your aunt come there to insult you? No! So chose one, either the insult or the free house.

This should be a warning to us all. When the money is coming in thick and fast, please build your own house so if, God forbid, you lose your job, no one will insult you when giving you free house. It is called priorities.

For a fresh graduate, the monthly take home is more than a fresh graduate banker takes home in a year. I was exaggerating. The flats are over shops (not appealing). Anyone who can afford N1.4m for rent will usually have 2 or more cars. How will a 4 car carpark work for that house?

I was going home yesterday. Cos of the traffic i felt would build up around the toll gate, I left my office by 9:30pm to get there around 10pm. There was still plenty traffic. The Oniru road was backed up all the way to the express so no need turning off. It took us 15 mins at 10pm to pass the toll! Yesterday left my house by 5:30 am so as to avoid traffic. Today left by 6:15am and almost regretted it. This traffic gather children. This getting home by 10pm and leaving by 6am will take some getting used to. My baby now sleeps later and wakes earlier so he can see mum and dad.

@ perx, my brother in law had the same issue. He wanted to do the hip replacement surgery in Nigeria but when he was in the hospital, the guy that entered before him never woke up. He had to leave and go the UK for it. He has done it and it lenghtened the leg in the sense that the hip had kinda slanted so was straightened out now. He is walking with just a slight limp and praising God for His deliverance. He had to save for some number of years before he could afford it and when the pain became too unbearable.

Alternative route indeed. This alternative route is through private estates. They lock their gate by 8pm. Maybe when the traffic increases, they will make it permanent. Like where i was staying in Oniru. There used to be a throughfare but cos of the Oba? and the increased traffic, they locked their gate and made the other one open by 6 and close by 12.

How is that an alternative route? They should keep lying to themselves. The so called roads they have finished don't have drainage. The overhead bridges have not been completed. The so called roundabouts are too narrow and thus cause their own traffic. God will punish Tinubu and his cohorts for extorting from Lagosians and giving such shitty service.

See that ramp? It has increased the traffic on Akin Adesola and Ozumba. How can they make it a T-junction? Have their engineers never seen a bridge and how they connect roads?
