Does he still think he is a kid? His mates are grandfathers already. mumu. |
This is quite funny. |
Why not break it into paragraphs? |
I gave my baby a "quine" malaria medicine prescribed for him by the doctor. He kept screaming, biting everyone, pulling his hair and his ears. I was so scared. The doctor gave me piriton for him but he continued. I went to another hospital and they told me it was a bad reaction to the drug. in 4 hours, he was totally covered, from head to toe, in hives and had lighter and darker pigmentation. I fought with that doctor that gave me d medicine. I would av killed him if the nurses had let me. All these quacks that will be parading foreign certificates. |
@ Remi, I know but I doubt my landlord does. Anyway, the guy accepted it. |
I have just paid 6 months rent in Lekki. |
^^^^^^ Yes they can. All the people i invited were by email (this was invitation to UK don't know about US). |
For large motor skills Choose toys that emphasize coordination and balance, and build arm and leg strength. •Push or pull toys: Try pretend lawn mowers, shopping carts, or vacuums; baby carriages; animals on a string; a light wheelbarrow. •Ride-on toys: These require foot power and can help improve balance. Choose wagons, wide low-to-the-ground vehicles (without pedals at first, then low tricycles once your child can reach them, around age 3 or 4). Avoid battery-powered ride-on toys (aside from safety concerns, it's better for your child to get the exercise). •Sports equipment: Playing catch improves hand-eye coordination and involves running, too. Start with large rubber and foam balls. Kicking the ball is also important. •Action toys: A low plastic structure that includes a slide and climbable surfaces can be kept indoors or out. (If you don't have room for it, playground visits are a good alternative.) Also consider play tunnels, swings, spinning seats, sofa cushions arranged as an obstacle course, or large cardboard cartons to crawl through. •Rockers: Rocking horses, rocking vehicles, and rocking chairs all provide the foundation for imaginative play. For fine motor skills Choose toys that involve hand-eye coordination. Your child may not be adept at fine-motor action yet, but this kind of play provides practice. •Art supplies: Always make available different types of paper and large-sized crayons and pencils, sidewalk chalk, watercolors, washable markers, coloring books, and play clay. •Toys that make patterns: Felt boards, magnetic boards, peg boards with large pegs, and matching games involve precise hand movements. •Stacking and building toys: Any kind of blocks work well (wooden, plastic, foam, cardboard), as do stacking cups and rings (baby toy holdovers that young preschoolers still enjoy). Shape sorters that allow a child to sort by color and shape appeal to younger preschoolers. •Toys to manipulate: At 2, your child may still enjoy knobbed wood pieces but is getting ready to move onto jigsaws of up to 20 pieces or foam puzzles with large interlocking pieces. Also good: Lacing cards, large threading beads, tea sets, musical instruments. Culled from http://www.babycenter.com/0_toys-that-boost-physical-development_3659016.bc |
After dating for only 4 months, the guy is now singing, "I can see clearly now, the pretense is gone. I can see all the obstacles in my girl". Na wa u. I do not have the guts to shout at my husband in my house, you just did it in front of the whole Lagos. I hope the argument was worth it o. Suya, suya, SUYAAA! It seems the guy irritates you. Why would you be irritated about a phone and then suya when you are meant to be having fun? Are you happy that you made your man cry because of your character? I thought you said the guy does not keep resentment? Now that you have humiliated him, you think he is a very angry person? You ain't seen nothing yet. |
Dont like Halloween or anything about it. It scares me too much. I like the fireworks though. |
I like where Plutarch is coming from. It depends on how regular the source of income is. Buy land only if u can be building small small. If not, just buy a good car and then start saving land (though when a kid comes, savings grow wings and disappear). |
then give up the beer na. ![]() |
U guys are so mean. |
Access bank is baba at that one. When i was a corp member in PH, they fixed my interview for 2pm. Those that were there for 10am were still there by 2pm. They started the interviews by 5pm. It got to my turn around 9pm and there were still others being intervied after me. Going home that day was just the grace of God. I decided there and then that i did not want to work for Access bank cos it seemed like it was a normal thing for them to work late. Someone else went for an interview with Access bank in Lagos by 8pm. He said everywhere was bustling like it was still daytime. Wonder what their problem is. |
If i had captained Van P, i would av gotten almost 80 points. Na real wa o. |
If u try the above advice, na u go dey pay ur tenants. Just take them to court. As long as u av followed due process by issuing them the quit notice, the court will find in ur favour. |
Don't go to OAU! You will spend equal number of time in school as well as at home. They always av one strike or the other. |
Of course guys will say it is "inappropriate". They have not been stuck with a cranky baby while trying to get things done. If you have finished the bottled milk nko? Will u go to a "private" place to pump and then come to the "public" to feed the baby? If you were not able to cover up nko and the breast is exposed, so what? Smh. Make person try tell me that kain nonsense na dat time dem go no say mothers are not smiling. I don't know if it is just me but i find this topic highly offensive. |
Please do not listen to all these people saying remove door and roof. Once u do so, u will fall into ur tenants trap and they will have the upper hand if they go to court. The law protects them from that kind of stuff. Follow what lawyer has posted and u will be fine. Do not spoil ur case by running foul of the law. |
Why o why did i swap Van P for Aguero? What was i thinking? The question should be, what was Chelsea thinking? |
Aguerro, pls score a hat trick. |
Why wait 2 years to take them to court? After the 6 months notice, u should av taken dem to court immediately. Make sure u sue them for your unpaid rent. |
I talk am o. The hype was too much. |
I did what JK said, moved it to the second finger after wedding. |
Personally i would av reported him to EFCC. If u are too lily livered to do that, then simply separate yourself from him and stop asking him questions. The less u know the better. If the police later start asking questions, make dem no detain u in the place of ur brother. |
It is healthy for an adult and toddlers not for babies. |
They both can stay as long as they like. Whenever my MIL is around, i do not do anything at all in the house. She cleans, tidies the house, goes to market and cooks all before i reach home and if it is not too late, she does my hair for me. She is yet to spend the night but i do not mind her at all. I enjoy her coming over as she is great company. She always has very interesting gist for me. Worst case scenario, we watch African Magic together till she is ready to go home. She is an action woman. She complains of hip pain but never agrees to sit in one place. My mum is more of a stay at home kind of person but she is so insightful. I love her company and her soup makes me green with envy. She has only ever come to my house when i gave birth and she was looking to leave as soon as possible cos she felt she was being a burden, as if. I love these 2 women with all my heart and i will never stop singing their praises till i meet my creator. |
Lol. How come the guys are beefing our Mr Nigeria contestants? Fi le. No LONG thin. |
Please read this thread link very well then u can make up ur mind. https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-789346.0.html |
Spending time or living with the person u want to marry (test run?) does not guarantee anything. You still hear of couples that lived with each getting divorced after 1 yr of marriage. I don't know why but when that word "marriage" comes into play, the dynamics of each relationship changes. No matter how long u live with someone before u marry, u can never know the person totally. He who will pretend will continue pretending. |
I just knew it would be raining eye candy on this thread. |
