To be fair to car buyers, at least put the price of the car being sold. Nothing as annoying as call for price.
Autos › Re: Is The Auto Section Dead??? by blank(f): 10:37pm On Sep 25, 2015
You guys are not being fair at all. This is totally unfair.

Let us show a little bit of loyalty. All this name dropping of competing websites will drive more traffic away from Nairaland.

She tried that already and it did not work
I mean i put my UK details as billing address.

That will not work as long as the card was not issued by any UK bank.
Okay. I just bought stuff from matalan's online shop so that it could be delivered before we went on holiday. I used my Visa credit card and it accepted my details.

youre an accomplice and a suspect and you should be arrested for justifying this ritualist.
Nonsense
Yawn! I am so scared. So so scared. Come and arrest me.

I am sure you are one of the people that laughed at the police for arresting a goat for robbery.

Same hogwash.

She didn't know she had herpes? It is actually impossible not to know. undecided
Some people don't know they have herpes. For instance, that sore on the mouth after an illness (mostly fevers) are called fever blisters or fever sores in Naija. However, it is oral herpes and they do not know that it was an outbreak of the herpes virus that caused the fever in the first place.

I don't allow anybody to kiss my kids on the lips. It is gross.

There could be more to the story as a few things do not add up as you observed.

"Moral" of the story: Ritualists are on the prowl. Parents and schools must exercise a high level of vigilance.
"Moral"? If you are telling a story for educative purposes that would be okay. But this is different. 2 men have been arrested by the principal and his vigilantes that may be innocent. Maybe guilty of being lazy and going round begging.
Nairaland General › Re: Nigerian Goat Accused Of Robbery. by blank(f): 8:17am On Sep 23, 2015
It is very true. It was in all the newspapers that day and even on international news. It made Nairaland front page as well.
Nairaland General › Re: Gtbank Mastercard auto-renewal deductions by blank(f): 8:16am On Sep 23, 2015
@ OP, if you send to their customer care unit and they do not give you a satisfactory reply, kindly send an email to CBN's consumer protection directorate. The email is cpd@cbn.gov.ng and copy GTbank's customer care line when you do so.

I really do not like that bank for anything. I have a current account there but it's just to receive my dividends. Very exploitative bank.
Education › Re: Ritualists Now Attacking Schools (photos) by blank(f): 4:11am On Sep 23, 2015
Such an annoying story. After giving people N1000, the principal saw them drop N200 and didn't call their attention to it, didn't destroy it but waited for a student to attempt to pick it. Such a silly story that doesn't add up.
Hope the principal is prosecuted for false arrest and fake stories to serve as a deterrent.
Career › Re: Ernst & Young Removes Degree Classification From Entry Criteria by blank(f):
@ Nikkygal,

I don't think they are removing degrees totally as an entry requirement. They seem to be saying that they don't care if you made a 2'1, 2'2 or third class as long as you can prove yourself in the recruitment process. They seem to be hiring only graduates.

Union bank has really changed. Had to go in there recently for a banking transaction. It was so surprising. Young smiling people were the ones manning the posts. Transaction was fast and seamless. Thumbs up.

Leave that yeye old school bank and bank with a funky bank like diamond or fcmb.

This is just an indicator. Imagine how long it will take for them to rectify any issue you have.

if I wanna pay bills online, all I'd be asked to provide is the serial no, expiry date and security number of the card....so I don't really need your pin......
But if you still doubt me, send me the 3 details above via mail theowilly22@gmail.com or post it to me on NaijaTechies Forum and I'll just take N1,000 from it.
I am interested in knowing how you can make payments without my internet pin or OTP.

The transformer supplying my house is always getting spoilt, if it is not spoilt, then the current is low! I want a Change abeg.

So for those who have changed their transformers, What are the processes involved? is it easy? what would be the cost?
It depends on your disco. Some discos will replace it for you without doing anything.

Am yet to find a clean government employee.
I have. I have seen a few. 2 were Christians, one was a Muslim. Even to take money as appreciation, they refused that it's just doing their work.

One is even a GM in a parastatal. He said his salary is more than enough and there are enough perks for working in govt. He was eventually retired because he uncovered and exposed to the media some of the fraudulent deals being done.

Funny enough, all were men.

However, they should have waited for the probe to be complete before passing judgment.

However, I am delirious with excitement. Buhari's body language has won.

Not true o. They only scrapped bulk billing i.e giving a meter to a market or an estate and billing the estate/market as a group instead of metering/billing individual houses/stalls.

They stopped fixe charge for months that you are without light.

Report at the Lagos state ministry of the environment. I think they are the ones in charge of reducing/penalizing noise pollution.
