I attend catholic church and we visit hospitals, prisons, orphanages innumerable times in a year.

Some of our members have taken it up to clean and wash for those residing in Old People's Homes, which are homes built by the church to accommodate and take care of old people when their children cannot take care of them.

And these things are done quietly without announcing to the media.
