There are many people I've had grudges with and spoken unprintable words against few years ago. Right now if you speak against them I'll fight against you. That's life bro. Things change. So does alliances.

Bakare spoke bad of buhari cos he was the kind of pastor that brought politics to his church and anything he felt like spitting out, he spat. Like most pastors majority of what they preach is their philosophy not God's word. But these two people have something in common, they are honest men and have zero-tolerance for corruption. So if they are ready to set aside thier differences to change this country with this zeal, shouldn't it be recommended.

This makes me admire Buhari more. Depite the fact a man insulted you in the past, you still shake his hand to be your running mate. Nigeria should not miss this opportunity to let this great team lead. It's far better than the Goodluck/Sambo team that would probably lead to Sambo contesting for presidency in 2015.

What worries me is that the same government that led us into this mess is asking for a second chance with incompetent individuals. I say HELL NO!! Lets vote PDP out of power

If it were only Nairalander's votes that count in the oncoming elections, GEJ is sure bound to lose.

Like i said he that is without sin cast the first stone. Yes Pastor Bakare was wrong in dat aspect. I his supporter admit to it. At least that is one of the few flaws he has.

I dont want to state flaws about GEJ cos it'll make me ashamed of my nationality with that guy as the president and his illiterate wife being a ridicule to Nigerian women.

I would have loved to vote Ribadu but realistically speaking, the best team that can get PDP out of office is Buhari/Bakare. This is an undeniable fact. They have more popularity and a zeal to rid Nigeria of its ills. Voting for Ribadu only makes PDP opposition weaker. I advice you put in your votes for the BB team especially if you want to see an end to PDP.

Buhari's not really won the heart of southerners cos of poor pubicity. His campaign really needs to sit up cos He is the key to Nigeria's great future.

Bakare said that in error. He's not in prophetic ministry and therefore cant be exact on prophecies. I know Buhari must have heard that, and Buhari has forgiven him and is choosing him as his running mate cos of his passion for Nigeria. If you want to criticize Bakare, could he without sin pls cast the first stone?

Now please can we move on.

Aregbesola may not be contesting elections but his party wishes to have control of the Osun state house of Assembly! Besides, he will desire ACN wins all Federal Assembly elections in Osun state. These are enough political motivation for this kind of announcement.

As for me, I think Nigerian politicians understand the Nigerian people. They know we love awuf even if it will turn our stomachs later. Why would a parent not want to pay fees on the child at the tertiary level. University or Polytechnic is not a must. For primary school or secondary, yes. I understand but not for Polytechnics and Universities.

How will government ever fund these schools adequately? In what countries of the world is tertiary education free? Are we the richest nation on earth? Where is the wealth?

True, our leaders mismanage our resources, but they are only able to do this because they can always deceive us with fake free education or health services. These things are paid for in most nations of the world. And these are countries where heavy taxes are paid by all and sundry!

I believe, it is better to pay 42000 in a school with good facilities than pay next to nothing in a school that will not make me a good graduate. No wonder, their computer graduates  can not operate computers not to talk of writing programs.

True talk, there is a political motive behind this but it should be welcomed as well

Nah, I'm through with the name calling. Just wanted u to have a feel of what its like to be insulted unjustifiably. This man has been in the ministry for up to 2 decades and u deride him by calling him fake. Are you being reasonable or fair? He didnt venture into politics, he was picked cos of his bluntness on his country's issues and zero-tolerance for corruption. I doubt if you're anything better compared to him so please do not insult him.

I am not insulting your opinion or imposing mine on yours. I'm just searching for logic and wisdom in your statements which seems absent. You're voting someone who you know is not the best and who has a corrupt government in place. Goodluck

Or from the south-east who doesn't want a northerner to be president again(forgetting he is handing over in 2015 to them if he wins)
Or you're just a mediocre Nigerian who believes becuz his superior died in office, he is God-chosen
