Romance › Re: Are Men Afraid Of Successful Women Or We Are Avoiding The Real Conversation ? by blesdman(m): 9:10am On Feb 06 |
Well encapsulated. U don finish work for this matter Host78: A whole lot of rűbbïsh you wrote there.
First off, successful women are single because they are successful.
They are single because like every woman out there, they want to "date up".
Let's imagine this, when a man is successful, he doesn't look for a girl that is "on his level" or "higher" than him to start a relationship with her.
He can go to a filling station and see a girl there and start dating her.
Ronaldo was very successful and would have gotten to date any high value actress or model from anywhere in the world.
But he at the same time is flexible enough to go to a clothing store and pick one of the sales girl there and date her.
Women lack this flexibility. No matter how successful a woman is, she still wants to date q man who is more successful than her.
She'll never go to the gutter to pick any kind of man, even the one that will worship the ground she walks on.
Now, the question is, and this is the usual problem with these women which they don't admit to themselves: the very men they want don't usually want them. .
There are many successful actresses in Nigeria, but do you think someone as successful as Davido wants to date them for their success?
Of course not, because regardless of how successful these actresses are, Davido understands that "spending" in the relationship will still fall on him because he's higher than them.
So, they are hugely successful, they have bigger appetites, they want him to impress them. What exactly does he gain in return from dating such "successful" women?
Absolutely nothing.
The success of a woman does not benefit the more successful man she wants in any meaningful way. So why should he date her when he could find someone prettier, someone who will be more grateful for his love?
The only way a successful woman can ascertain if men are intimidated by her is her going into the village or an Okada man or a cab man or a salesman and changing his life.
Let her pick such a man up, brush him up and give him the world and treat him like a king just as Ronaldo or Davido is treating their "poor" spouses like they are queens.
Then and only then are we ready to have this conversation. |

TheGift: Some people do make money from forex trading, but it's rare and far from guaranteed for most participants
Estimates suggest only 1-10% of retail forex traders consistently profit over time.
The vast majority—around 90%—lose money due to poor strategies, emotional decisions, or inadequate risk controls.
Most Traders often rely on hunches instead of backtested systems. High leverage trades amplifies gains but mostly leads to wipeouts for beginners. Greed, fear, and overtrading often erode accounts.
Profitable Traders treat it like a business, targeting modest returns (2-5% monthly on large accounts) with strict rules like risking no more than 1-2% per trade. Pros at banks or prop firms earn steadily, but retail traders need years of practice and often start with $100K+ capital for livable income. All these talks na scope. Forex trading is simply forex betting. An addiction |

Gates had contracted the infection from a Russian prostitute he had a dalliance with and had approached Jeffrey Epstein on how he could secretly administer drugs for the infection to his wife whom Gates believed he might have passed the infection on to.
Bill Gates was notorious as a young man for having a horde of prostitutes on his beck and call when he was young and this got to the know of his parents who demanded Gates gets married. His marriage to his now ex wife was an arranged marriage brokered by Gates' parents. Gates, who is well known to have visited Epstein Island on several occasions was still going about carrying prostitutes.
Melinda must have found out on her own or Gates must have done the right thing and told her to see a doctor and confessed to have had an STD which might have led to their divorce. most powerful men are linked with many women.... |

People will always talk, regardless whether you're doing well or badly. Your measurement bar should be your conscience and your God if you are a believer. Since you're certain that you're not involved in crime or anything illegitimate, then you should care less what others say.
Everyone gets criticized, me, you, Tinubu, even Jesus Christ and Prophet Muhammed. You can't change this fact.
So instead of hopping from compound to compound, focus on your hustle and forget about the NOISE!! let people know what u, mentor people to have same skillset...the more people in a field, the more legit it becomes. Keep weaponising those dowries against us ladies and we'll one day start advocating for them to be abolished and by the time we're done, dowry will be a thing of the past... Keep pushing us and you'll one day get our reaction. At that point, men will serve ladies what they deserve. In India, where polyandry is practised, men do not rebel but women keep wanting to control men as their children. Nonsense!!! |

Romance › Re: Is Adultery of Married Women More Evil Than Adultery of Married Men? by blesdman(m): 12:17pm On Jan 17 |
KayaMaghan: In the Western World, all adultery is the same.
In Nigeria, where the man "pays" for the woman, it is not the same.
In Nigeria, the man is supposed to pay a bride price, and fulfill some cultural obligations. This is to signify that he's the head, and "lord" over the woman. So imagine "paying for something" and having someone else use it.
And as the head, the man can still choose to go for as many women as he can afford, because a man's worth is only measured by how much he can afford.
Even after the wedding, the man is expected to be the one taking all the responsibilities. You cannot talk about equality when only one person is expected to carry all the load.
This idea of "paying" Bride price and paying off some list will have to go first before we can talk about men and women being equal in a marriage, because it indirectly places the man over the woman, and patriarchy is what equality is trying to do away with.
I dislike patriarchy as much as I despise feminism.
We are all Equal, but we are NOT the same! Well analysed |

Money involvement and contribution is the determinant of evil in relationships. Otherwise, everyone should keep deceiving themselves... |

ajuksobi: KNOWING NGOZI NMA ORDU
By: Ajukura, Fidelis O. ajukurafidelisobi@gmail.com 27th May, 2023.
On the 29th of May 2023, Ogba land shall roll out its drums to celebrate an illustrious daughter who has, made it proud in every conceiveable front.
On this day, for the first time in the history of Ogba land 'Onye Ogba' (Ogba person) shall be adorned with the regalia of deputy governor of Rivers State. This is a feat that puts Ogba land in an enviable position. The bringer or source of this honour is non other than Ngozi Nma Ordu. Obviously, this sort of reverence or veneration cannot be bestowed on any kind of person - it must be one who has distinguished him/herself in service to humanity. Ngozi's towering achievements in academics and politics are quite remarkable and outstanding yet she is as calm and harmless as a dove. As a result of her humility and calmness, many people, even in Ogba land do not know much about her.
Ngozi was born on 23rd October, 1952 into the family of the famous Samuel Elemele of Umu-Ohali kindred in Obite. Her father, Sam was an accomplished business man and a politician. Among her siblings are Chinyere Nwokidu of blessed memory.
Ngozi Nma Ordu got her first degree in Microbiology from Paisley College of Technology, Renfrewshire, Scotland. While in Scotland, she received the Best Academic Prize for two consecutive year - 1977 and 1977. From the prestigious University of London, she obtained a Masters Degree in Food Science and Management. In 1989, she obtained a Ph.D in Microbiology at the University of Port Harcourt. It is on record that she is the first Ph.D graduate in that department. She has attended series of courses on leadership in different institutions including John Hopkins University in Baltimore, USA.
Ngozi began her career as a civil servant in the Rivers State Ministry of Health where she rose to the peak as a Permanent Secretary. In the history of that department, she is the longest serving Permanent Secretary. She served for almost seven years. It is also on record that during her tenure in office as Permanent Secretary, her Ministry received various national and international awards. Based on her excellent record and achievements, she was in 2006 elevated from the position of a Permanent Secretary to a Commissioner (of Education) by the Peter Odili led government. She was given the appointment in order for her to use her wealth of experience to improve that Ministry. Indeed, she performed excellently well. For the first time, Rivers state government focused more on human capital development. Against this background, many River indigenes were sponsored to study overseas. Some of the countries that these Rivers indigenes went for studies include; Malaysia, Singapore, Russia, Uk, USA, Canada. She commenced the process of handover of schools to Mission in the state.
After serving as a Commissioner, she went to University of Port Harcourt where she became an associate professor of Food Microbiology and Public Health in the department of Microbiology, Faculty of Biological Sciences, College of Natural and Applied Sciences. Her areas of interest are molecular microbiology and the antimicrobials. She has published several articles in many local and international journals. Also, she was the first Acting Executive Director of the University of Port Harcourt Foundation. She taught briefly in Rivers State University as a visiting professor. In 2022, Rivers State chapter of the People's Democratic Party (PDP), based on her outstanding record and achievements nominated her as the deputy governorship candidate of the party in the 2023 Rivers State gubernatorial election. Before her nomination, she was the Director of Academic Planning, PAMO University of Medical Sciences, Rivers State.
Ngozi is married into the Ordu family of Akabuka. She is blessed with five children.
May her administration usher in immeasurable development to Ogba land and the entire Rivers State. Very great and humble woman. She is a delight to work with, according to gov. SIm Fubara and her husband. Looking young for someone her age |
