i've noticed the ones that taunt single ladies are actually the ones with the worst marriage. that explains the bitterness. Really i see your point, if op's wife had kids she might need more than 1 hr. but he didn't mention that, her waking up at 6AM doesn't make him late to work, I don't even think it affects the kids (if they have any) because he'd have put it here. Op just wants her to be waking up by 4 AM whether she has work to do or not.

For your info, I am the 2nd child of my family, 1st left for UK for akademikz @ 16yrs (she is married now). And anytime we wake up by 6am, everyone in d house must go late to skul or work. I now live alone, and same thing applies.

there are people that will wake up 4am and still be late, because they'll use 1 hour to "perambulate" looking for what's not lost. i remember during my IT, at Oregun, and i was going from Gbagada. with the traffic and public transport, trip time was about 45mins. I used to wake up at 6;15, say my prayers, make breakfast, and get ready for work and still leave my house before 7:15.

Like I said, any day I wake up by 6am, I must be late, subtract 25-30 mins from 105mins, u have 75mins,(1hrs 15mins) who prepares breakfast,lunch, bath kids,clothe them and make sure they eat, take dem skul b4 going to work in 1hr15mins?

you can actually do all that in 1hr 15 minutes. it's called planning and multi tasking. and child spacing helps A LOT. if you have 4 years between kids, by the time younger one is old enough for school, egbon would be about 7 or 8. I have cousins that age and they do basic things themselves.

What are you making for breakfast, are you cooking ogbono from scratch that you can't rustle something up in 15 minutes...Not packing any lunch, they'll eat lunch at school, it's part of the fees.

It doesn't matter if she gets back from work at 7, goes straight to making dinner, does house chores and prepare kids uniform, perform conjugal duties at the end of the day go to bed at 12 midnight, and then wake up 4AM.... because Proverbs 31.

You'll start seeing traits of low self esteem, irritability, withdrawal, wildness, timidity in these kids. You are claiming you're staying for the kids, you're actually ruining them. And you still had to get pregnant?

You really need to get out of that toxic environment and Do not leave your children there. He's going to turn on them when he doesn't see you.
