MRBrownJ: as much as i love nothing more than a sista with her own real hair, these unkempt afros here are a turn off!!! Truth is 4c natural hair which is what most nigerians have, is definitely not pretty. I know some people would bite me for saying this - it's not self hate. Its hard to work with, you can't style it, even when you do, and use all the gels and puddings in this world to get something presentable, you already look like something the cat dragged in before noon. From experience. |

safarigirl: na still the same billions den go spend on natural......besides, harmattan is a bytch to natural hair. Lol it's so annoying when guys see natural hair and automatically assume low maintenance. You should see my bathroom. And then the ones that would say you are not really embracing your natural hair because you hide it under weaves and braids, like they'll help you comb it. I remeber leaving my hair out one day(in a bun- actually because my hairdresser couldn't braid my hair) I went to bed without braiding it. I took me 6 good hours and a bucket of tears to detangle my hair. I ended up eating paracetamol like sweets. |

Setaje: I can never go natural. Just living my hair for 3 months. I start having terrible headache. Once I relax, it feels like a big burden has been lifted off my head. Natural hair is too expensive to maintain and honestly they only look good on rich girls. Maybe because they use the right products and take care of them well. All this other girls really look unkempt. Besides, I never see girl wey get plenty hair for head decide to go natural. The ones wey I dey see, almost all their front hair don go and their hair kuki short before so They hide under the guise of natural.
My opinion sha! Before una attack me...... Girl you are soo wrong. I have soo much hair, and I'm natural. Hairline on point too. I can post an old picture self to prove. |

enieme: The moment he started passing her around to other guys should have been the turning point for her. Cos that isn't love She mentioned in a tweet, that one time mustapha's friends got upset because he(mustapha) told them (friends), that they won't have sex with her today because she's been good. If true, She probably believed she was being punished for being bad, and if she stayed a good girl, she won't have to go through that, mustapha will be loving. Its just too complicated.. Tbh |

Let's talk about the 20 somethings yo men taking advantage of a teenager. |

Its really interesting how no one is condeming the guys for taking advantage of a 17 year old girl. What business does a 25 year old man have with a 17 year old?
Yes she kept going back- does that make what the guys did right?
Its amazing how future mothers and women are castigating the girl without even talking about the guys. I can only imagine your teenage daughter getting introduced to sex at a young age by a much older guy, of course she'll enjoy it- I really hope you'll hi-5 those guys and call her a slut since she enjoyed it and not term it what it is - rape.
So many rapists and potential rapists- the guys on this forum.

Does she not wear rings normally? if she does steal it. If she doesn't, ask her sister or friends to get it for you. Trust me, they'll find a way.
My cousin and I wear have the same finger size, so I helped her bae, now husband select her ring. Just make sure they won't spill, it was sooo hard to hide it from my cousin. |

ofoka: This is very considerate. They have costed the party and the traditional things you need to present. If you were to marry from some other places like the south west, the party which no one will cost for you will take far more than this. In yoruba land its the brides family that handles almost everything though |

Bollinger: Ok ooooo. Remember today when the time comes. Remember this also; Men and our libido can last till we are in our 70's. Women on the other hand, start losing their much much earlier. But, that being said, i wish you the best. And what does losing libido earlier have to do with anything? I think there's even viagra for women anyway so... P.S. Men's sex drive start to drop much earlier than the age of 70. |

Bollinger: Lol. . .you say that now until you have kids, a job and are expected to cook and clean. I know what you'll say next. You are going to say "well, my husband and i will share the responsibilities". Yeah right. Men pick and choose when to help out. No matter how much we love our spouse. It's just how we are built. If we have a job, we can afford home cleaning services a few times a week, and clean as you go the other days. yes? Cooking can be done on saturdays. And I can 'ship' the kids off to their grandparents'. More than enough time to rape the hozband |
