This one is looking for master-slave type of relationship |
Lol I can count 20 homes with hired cooks and they've been married over 20 years. At the same time many homes with the best and homely wives cooking fresh meals everyday, and they didn't make it to 10 years. I don't know why una think its the ability to cook good food and domestic chores that makes a good wife. |
Strahovski:Please are you married? Before I pm my number. *side eyes* nobody should come for me. |
Somewhere in between risk taker and go getter. On sundays, cautious. Traditional reminds me of my first uniform in JSS1. |
Please can anyone recommend the best insurance companies... I'm supposed to buy for 3 months. def111 |
Lol ferhyntorlah I totally understand you, the ones who style their natural hair everyday are the real champions. My hair is in huge twists 90% of the time, most times I want to leave it be and just flaunt it... But when I think of how much stress I'd pass through styling it daily, I just go to braidit sharp sharp. I take it down every four weeks, wash, deep condition, blow out, and twist on the same day. So I only get to deal with my hair once a month. And it just keeps growing. Moisturise my braids with that Emily millionaire hair cream and olive oil over it everyday. A day before I take out my braids, I put a lot of conditioner and olive oil on it and shower cap overnight, makes detangling easier and my hair is usually very soft by the time I finish taking out the extensions. Leaving my hair out just doesn't work for me. Too much manipulation= breakage. Like you said it's best to find what works best for your hair. You said your hair is hard; my sister calls me cement head. If your hair is tougher than mine, ah! Sorry.. I don't know what to say. Lol |
Gosh twins love love them! |
Agbaya. Its too late |
Chanchit:Goes without saying. Typical yoruba demon |

I totally agree with you setaje, its time wasting. All those pretty styles you see online is not even 4c hair. There's 3a- 3c 4a 4b and those ones are a lot easier to work with - not much shrinkage and all. I'm just disputing what you said about most people transitioning to natural hair having already short hair, and bad hairline which is not true for all... Though I agree that most people had damaged relaxed hair and decided to try natural. I have to add though, I have a love-hate relationship with my hair. When I let it out(in a bun or a puff and ONLY on my trip to the salon) I get a lot of compliments and I love how it looks too, but I totally hate how long and how much I have to spend trying to get it to that presentable state. As for something that will make it soft and somewhat glossy while retaining the thickness... That's texlaxing. Relaxing but not so much. Sorry for the long post. |
And yes, my hair is like 16-20 inches long. In different places. I definitely wouldn't have this if I didn't know how to care for my hair |
lepasharon:LOL abeg tell that to a new "naturalista". I've been natural for 38 months now. I had natural hair all through primary school and junior secondary. I do not have a problem with softeningg my hair, I just cannot deal with having to do it everyday. Get it? If I detangle and moisturise in the morning, it doesn't stay that way all through the day. And I can work better with my hair when its slightly damp, I have to spritz it, or add a moisturiser that will get it wet. |
It's 1,700 at swayz yaba. Less than 2000 in most places. |
