Enugu is the one to look out for once the International Airport ans Cargo airport is completed. That state will take alot away from Lagos and port harcourt.


Chime road and rail construction policy will take enugu places. Perhaps he should also consider building some kind of container port that will be state owned and managed to generate revenue alongside the airports.

Once u are able to complete the international terminal and cargo airport terminal, land price should rise because Ndiigbo will be stopping off at Enugu on route to the other eastern states. Likewise, people from Benue and Kogi, lagos traffic will decrease.

Real estate will boom and likewise private investment. The state government should be prepared to capitalise on this, to model Enugu alongside Abuja.

I am waiting for the airports before my next visit to Nigeria, as Enugu will be my stop off for a few days and if better weeks before heading inland. Development pays everybody.
