Other sources say it is chicken. Anyway, we can both agree that both of them are the top two most consumed meat in the world. There are other sources of meat with good protein that I can consume without the excessive saturated fats in pork. I think the fats in pork nulifies whatever benefits the protein has.

Well... Pork is till more of white meat than goat or ram.
And pork parts that are lean are better than goat or cow or ram.

Actually there is a cousin of it, exactly like it but has a much more menacing appearance ( usually with orange, red lower part and tail.) That one is very very dangerous. It can kill humans and animals.

How I know?

Back when we were staying in Ibadan, a fairly large group of people started knocking on our gate frantically.... When we came out, they said a lizard like animal had entered our compound. I was wondering what kind of animal it cud be that put fear and excitement in the boys. I think my dad knew what it was cos he quickly let them in.

Come and see boys and men chasing this thing around. Like they just had to kill this thing now matter what.

Finally they were able to kill it with sticks. The thing was fast o. I remember the orange/green/red tail part.

Then I was told it can kill animals much larger that itself like goats meaning it's probably poisonous.


Over 30 years now, av only see it like only 2 or 3 times. Those few times I saw it, people made sure to try and kill it by all means.
