I want to make the fund managers 3, I was only using 2. I'm just moving part of the funds, a larger part still remains in Cardinal stone.

CBN stepped in because government will start losing money too. Government returns will become low. Once naira appreciate towards N1000, government will start losing money from external revenue. It is a two way thing.

Although the afrinvestor 2.0 app is for trading on the NGX and other kinds of investment (CPs, TBills etc).

If you're looking for fund management (mmf, equity and the likes), they use another app called PlutusNeo for that.

I was surprised because the mutual fund is not in the afrinvestor app. Is this PlutusNeo for afrinvestor too?

Cardinal stone equity red is becoming consistent for days now. Even when others record considerable green, they will record very little green. I don't understand what's happening with them. I'm considering moving some funds from Cardinal to zedcrest.

Been using Risevest Naira Vault for at least 2 years now without issues. It's why I was initially surprised when I first joined the MMF thread and realised there's was little to no mention of it.

I think skepticism about SEC licencing is what led people to be skeptical which quite frankly makes sense. Still using them till today and in my opinion worth considering. This obviously isn't an endorsement as I expect that you do your due diligence, I'm just sharing my experience.

I was even thinking to consider mmf later this year, but with this possibility of interest rate reduction, that makes it a no go area for me.

I cannot really ascertain your claim regarding whether they have lower gains or returns daily. With 300k, I have had gains of 16k, 4k, and 2k, respectively, but I am open to learning why you made that claim.

All equity fund managers don't usually have same daily return, since they all don't trade same stocks. A green day for one maybe a red day for another one. Reason I always recommend more than more fund manager when it comes to equity.

Registered last week,still waiting on them to send me a response of any kind. Would have move more funds to CS equity, but i will be patient and wait them out, i like their vibes,acting all non chalant with their high entry quota.
Zedcrest felt a bit off to me,i am not saying that anything is wrong with them ooo. I downloaded their app,put in basic detail,didnt verify my email, and i am getting a call from a customer agent person today, who didnt sound so sure of herself.
I even called Zrosk last week on the number i found on their website, noone picked,today the number is switched off,who turns off an offical platform??who does that??Apparently Zrosk!!! i then mailed them today,no response. Those guys are playing hard to get,and its sexy and i like it.
So which is better, someone who chases after me, abi person wey i dey chase after.
Money needs to be moved,but the people i want dont seem to want me. Might just end up funding stanbic as my 2nd equity account.

Concerning zedcrest I think there is a mix up
I signed up on zedcrest recently & the process was very smooth. Deposit is fast. When u buy equity on zedcrest, it reflects immediately, unlike others that take 6 to12 hours.

I think stanbic is the worst performing fund manager when it comes to MMF right now. They are not even making effort to try, they have become very lazy. Left for only them mmf would have drop to 10% interest rate by now.

Called stanbic last week about possibly exiting their balanced fund and they swore that if I make redemption request before 12 noon, I would get the funds in my bank account that same day. Ase na lie. I want to exit the fund but missing out on 5 days of trading isn't funny at all.

I have used almost all fund managers except for zedcrest, those ones just approved my account today. Myinvestar has the fastest withdrawal, followed by Stanbic from all I have used. Anything withdrawal on Stanbic, use the website & do it before 12 noon, u will get your funds within 2 to 3 hours.

i will not share my CS MMF, that's money market fund for personal reasons, i have been into that one since early last year, i decided to inventure into these three even though they come with some level of risk, loss and as well massive appreciation,

CS fixed income alpha opened with #1,008,000 on 9th February is currently @ #1, 012,358

CS balanced fund opened same 9th Feb with #1, 008,000 is currently @ #1,097,304

CS Equity fund opened same 9th Feb with #1, 013,000 is at #1,130,711

If I were u, I will sell the CS alpha fund, split it into halves and add each half to equity fund & balanced fund. I'm saying this since u already have MMF. This CS alpha fund is just another glorified MMF.

Zedcrest equity fund is doing really well so far. It's at 38.75% ytd as at Feb 18. Redemption was immediate when I tried it with 2k. Also, withdrawal into bank acct is same day last I tried.

Don't remember much of the on-boarding but I remember it was smooth. Address verification should take a few days max.

The rate at which naira is appreciating goes beyond global decline in dollar. When u compare the rate at which naira is appreciating to other currencies against the dollar, u will know it is different. Internal forces are behind this move just like u have explained.
