The amount of money Lagos and the FG make in a day (preCovid-19) is more than the total amount distributed to states during this COVID-19 outbreak. The problem with Yahaya Bello is that he doesn't want to spend money on isolation centres and test kits. This is someone that can barely pay salaries since he became governor.
