We had a massive fire in 2009 when the facility manager overhauled generator with tokunbo turbocharger. Generator exploded at night. They put out the fire not knowing the fire had followed cables and entered the building. Four floors gone.

One time they were eating in gen house and that led to rats running around the place . Rat entered panel, shorted busbar and a fire started.

It could be arson, but a lot of things people do casually can also lead to fire. Also cheap inverter install with lithium batteries

Right now a lot of people are jumping on electric vehicles and those ones will likely soon start their own combustion issues once naija mechanics start messing with the batteries

I am kind of suprised sha because my mechanic who is effectively a road side guy has arrangements with vigilantes because of risk or vandalism.

But if we be honest this is where good management come in, Arteta need to create and work it out for him. VG came to arsenal not just to win tittles for us but to also improve himself. We need to ask ourselves why some players leave Arsenal and start shining. Havertz is not a striker , will never be a striker , you cant rely on him to win games. Wetin pain for Havertz case is that he cant even nod properly, how he always find himself in good position self baffles me because he will always waste it.

Now the team too have to particpate in the calling out, Like I used an example once, Chamarkh had a goal drought and everyone was crossing for him to score, teammates did it for Giroud too when he came new, same with Havertz , If I even rememeber, VG first goal he hustled it. Players like Havertz are just frustrating to watch most of the times. He would score difficult goals like the one he scored against PSG in the champions league final, only for him to lose a one-on-one vs Goalkeeper with the keeper off his line like this evening.

I see referees speaking to players sometimes to calm down. There is still room for context and interpretation. A warning could have still worked as it was not an egregiously violent action in my book. That guy was a few newtons force away from turning Dowman's standing leg into bone pulp.

Arteta could still have spoken to him privately or in front of the team back at the club.

And I've been seeing a lot of reactions berating Arteta for his reaction on the touchline. IMO, it is justified. Kids need tough love sometimes. When you also considered we're going to Anfield with one and a half winger.

Downman is at a critical stage in his career and this experience will help in his development, especially with managing his temperament. However, I don’t think it should cost him minutes when they are available. One, with injuries to Tzolis and Saka, we don’t even have the luxury of bodies upfront. Two, it would be too harsh and may affect his confidence.

Personally, I don’t have any problems with how Arteta handled it when he walked past, after the red. Arteta needed Dowman to know that he just made a stupid and costly mistake with his choice to retaliate. The tough love in that moment was needed. How Dowman handles it will determine a lot.

At the time when Dowman received the red card, it was no longer Arsenal vs Fleetwood, it was Arsenal vs advancing, the name of the opponent becomes irrelevant. We did not deserve to advance today, we were quite poor.

Dowman, I believe will learn from this and I hope your man gives him minutes when available. I expect him to be better if that scenario plays out again.

I really rate the boy. The fact that Arteta of all people is giving him a chance at CB at 17yrs 1-2 months should tell you how much he rates him as well. He will get stronger and better as he grows and keeps playing in challenging situations.
