Wike is the minister of FCT which is at best an equivalent of a governor of Abuja and communities around it. Military officers don't answer to him; he's nowhere in their line of command/reporting line.

If Wike had issues with him, he knows the normal civil means of getting his grievance against the officer addressed.

Wike has been a governor for 8 years and he knows even GOCs of army divisions in his state don't answer to him.

The highest court of authority the guy would face is a military court martial and it will be presided over by the very set of people who gave the guy his initial order. If they decide to throw the guy under the bus, they will end up killing morale of commissioned officers and non-commissioned officers in following orders in the military .

You are the one who should stop capping thinking the military will sack one of their own because he obeyed order while a civilian like Wike was trying to make him do otherwise.
