Upfront medical in November 28 and was updated January 26 for the child and February 9 for the adult

You cannot track ,the nimber is just for reference and you should have order CBSA note it same as gcms and it faster ..gsms could take 2 to 4 months or longer now while cbsa take only one month

Since you are both applying together, use his gckey. He will come across a question asking if his spouse is accompanying him, his answer should be yes.

PPR !!! For a family of five.
My spouse traveled to Canada on student visa in August 2022. I applied for myself and three kids in October 2022.
Timeline
1. Family application, Sowp for me, study permit for two of the kids and visit visa for the third kid on the 21st October
2. Biometrics on the 27th October
3. Medical request by IRCC on the 28th November
4. Medical screening submitted on 27th and passed on 28th December
5. PPR on the 30th for all members of the family.

I appreciate nairaland as I did everything on my own and from information gotten here.

Note: I used the old gckey account my spouse used in getting her study permit.

Pls as soon as ur spouse lands in Canada you can put in ur application as it's not necessary to wait as most people presume.

I want to give all glory to the Almighty God who can only do this. I did not do anything special except to pray daily to God using the book of John 14:13-14. He is indeed the Almighty. My timeline is stated below:

Biometric s date: May 17,2022
Medical Request: June 16,2022
Medical Done at Qlife: June 30,2022
Medical updated as pass: July 6, 2022
PPR for Spouse(OWP) and 3 kids(SPP): July 8,2022

I used same GCkey that I used for my Study visa last year. I didn't create new GCkey for my family Application .
All glory to God who showed me mercy.

proof of relationship ( marriage certificate, enough pictures)
study leave and employee introduction letter
wife certificate( she has only NCE).

All IMM forms completed as usual. Also included are my study permit, Visa page, proof of enrollment, school fees receipt, student ID card, invitation letter, SOP, land documents with estimated forced sale value, Bank statement from my account here in Canada showing about $10k CAD, mybankstatement certificate of spouse account showing about N1.6m (turnover of above N10m) with the CAD equivalent stated, Proof of relationship with wedding pictures and marriage certificate, ID cards of wife's parents and siblings to substantiate claims of home ties, CAC documents showing myself, wife and son listed as directors and shareholders of a limited liability company, wife in her business premises, etc

The only new thing I did recently was my current transcript showing my result for winter term 2022 that I sent through webform and emails. First, they rejected adding the transcript claiming that the email is associated with more than one applicant and so they can't attach it to the application. I raised another webform and also sent emails explaining that I used same email address for my child's visitor's Visa application since he is a minor and that explains why the email is associated with more than one application. I believe that resolved it and they accepted the document.

Now, I'm praying and hoping that my son's visitor's Visa is approved soon so that we can send the 2 passports together for stamping.

Its appears they have shifted focus now towards SOWP and the processing times will gradually reduce.

I pray this good news will get to everyone here that have a pending application. There seem to be no hard and fast rule as to how IRCC processes applications.

In all, I return all the praise and glory to God who made this possible. Truly, there is nothing the Lord cannot do. Na God get power pass.

I applied for her on February 23. And approved today. I'm even still in Nigeria to move in matter of days. Will drop her timeline soon. Let me send her passport for stamping.

I just thank God for coming through for us. When we did the medical, i didnt upload cos i am always lazy to visit that site...it can be frustrating when it keeps sending you back to the first page. More over, i didnt know how to attach the documents until a mama here explained to me ( after a mouth). But fortunately, the medicals was already passed when i checked my account.
I applied for gcms note but eligibility was blank.
I contacted liana ( thanks so much) to help with how to contact them....i ended up not sending anything cos i didnt have any inspiration on what to type.
Around mid January,Hubby called to make enquiry but he wasnt attended to since he isn't a representative. I then filled a form to make him a rep. He was added and when he called, he didnt get a reasonable answer . He planed to call again after a week.
Then i was just going through my email on feb 11 i saw do not reply messages. And now, all i can say is thank God for keeping our minds together during the silent period( almost a year!)

Landing gist!!!!

I used Egyptair. Left by 2:30pm on Friday Jan 7 through Abuja. I was asked to print all my required docs so they can scan it - Covid test results, ArriveCAN, school fees receipt, enrollment letter.
My luggage was not searched.
Arrived Cairo for 5 hrs layover by 8:40pm.
Boarded for Toronto from Cairo by 2am and I was asked for Covid test results and ArriveCAN before boarding.

Arrived Toronto 7am. Joined the queue where I had to self register my travel docs and I got a receipt.

After that, I joined another queue where they asked for my receipt, passport and ArriveCAN. Then I was asked to join another queue to get my study permit.

I was asked for my study permit approval letter (letter you get on your account after your passport has been stamped). Because I didn’t have a physical copy, they asked for my passport and I was asked to wait with others.
Then my name was called, I went to meet the lady, she asked my school name, course name and if my classes have started. Then gave me my study permit.

From there I went to pick up my luggage, then I was directed to where I submitted my receipt and exited the airport.

I wish I can really explain this feeling but I believe say who don experience am go understand... Lord your baby girl is super grateful.
The Canada journey started 2017 .. got admission to University of Regina but Dad said the money was much I abandoned it... I had to try Thompson rivers university got admission was asked to pay a certain amount with a deadline couldn't meet up had to defer... they gave me another deadline after which if I don't meet up the admission will be cancelled.... and Yes I didn't meet up again, I had to leave the whole matter, may be God no want make i travel.
Fast forward to 2021 I just chip the matter for my papa ear and to my greatest surprise he just told me to try it again but I was just having double mind if I should do it or not... I had to speak with some frds that gave me the morale to push it and today I have my Goodnews.
When I saw two messages from IRCC omo fear catch me..I rushed to the portal immediately to check, portal no con gree open I just leave am dey thank God though I had fear in me, after about one hour 30 mins, I checked again while slowly scrolling up with one eye open moving straight to final decision... immediately I saw your application was approved I just started crying, ran straight to my mum and told her the women wan shout ohhh... I just hold her mouth say make she no shout �. God of NSPPD, you have shown me Mercy, I am super grateful.

In previous years, it was possible to change school and course after award. But if you go through this year advert, It is stated that it won't be accepted again. Try to hold the admission you desire to study with- in place, should in case the opportunity to change arise.

As regards payment, NDDC pays tuition directly to your school, while the balance from the US$30,000 after tuition is paid to your personal foreign account as upkeep. Note that there is #500,000 mobilisation fee to assist one in securing visa, flight ticket, that will be paid to your local bank here. NDDC payment is another case study.

In all, try to be successful and get into the scholarship arena.
