In summary, the message she is trying to get across is: Men are polygamous by nature, however if you as man decides to be willingly monogamous with one woman, you either lacking resources to cheat or your wife/girlfriend must have edited your masculine gene in the underworld.

For some reason, she is 60% right.
Only men who cheat are the ones who think that staying faithful is too difficult,, and they start finding diabolical excuses to give as “reasons” why some men are faithful..

Only if such people know that cheating is just a basic animalistic instinct in human beings which the cheating ones have not gotten enough self-control within them to control and overcome..
More-or-less, the cheating ones are the weak ones here.
Once they see an appealing lady, they get Hot, and once they get Hot, they must knack.. They can't just control it.
So tell me...
In a world where there are many beautifully endowed ladies,, how many of them would you knack and be contented.?
So, there is not going to be an end to the cheating?

Someone up there already eating his vomitous since Peter Obi has thrown his weight behind the subsidy removal as he had stated during campaign.

Till this moment, their explanation has always been that Peter Obi would have cushioned the effect before removal, but ask them where Peter Obi said so, they will rather insult you down to your forefathers.

Someone said fuel subsidy will be removed immediately from day one, but they are explaining to us that the word "immediately" means "provisions and plans while removing subsidy".

Now that Peter Obi has shown his support for the subsidy removal, will rodents and nematodes continue asking if Tinubu supporters are queuing for N500 per liter of fuel or they will find another face-saving explanation?

Let's wait and see. 🤞

Do you agree with her, or not?
1. She is giving herself (and some other people in her shoes) some words of consolation, so that she can easily move on and stop having headache and heart-attack over her man’s hidden dirty moves.

2. She forgot that all men are not the same.

3. She also forgot that intense love coupled with a deep peace of mind can re-configure the mind of a man and make him not to be seeing physical beauty and sex alone in women..

The previous thread:
https://www.nairaland.com/7713767/udensi-ngozi-opemipo-missing-seen#123550647

I'd like to use this medium to appreciate everyone who empathize with us, those who prayed with us and those who called me from this forum without knowing who I am to offer some valuable advice which partly contributed to her returning back home yesterday on her own volition.

My sincere appreciation goes out to Seun Osewa who swiftly swung into action by moving the thread to the Frontpage immediately after I contacted him.

And to that wonderful journalist who contacted me from The Punch News, they offered to publish it and use their connection to contact the Lagos CP to expedite action on my niece's search.

Lastly to those set of people who's got warped mindset, always thinking every little girl we have in Nigeria are wayward, well, it's not really your fault because if you know how brilliant my niece is, you wouldn't doubt her purity at such tender age. I read so many unruly comments here, but decided to ignore majority of them because I believe it's almost impossible for a brilliant little girl like her, who had near perfect WAEC result at one sitting, and also scored over 300 in JAMB to be wayward at the same time. If you have her as your sister or daughter would you ever have the thought of waywardness towards her?

She had a quarrel with her aunt while her mom was at work, so she decided to punish everybody according to her by leaving the house for them.

She'd initially planned to seize the opportunity to visit her paternal grand parent in Imo state, but on getting to the park, she couldn't afford the fare, she had to go visit her friend somewhere in Ijegun, Lagos instead of heading back to Bariga. I believed her because the tracking result we got from the private tracking guy we employed showed exactly the same thing she'd earlier narrated.

Up until now I never knew there was a tracking system that gives precise location, the street name, the house number, even to the room you're, this tracking system is so effective and powerful to the point of tracking mobile number even when it's switched off.

Now, I was wondering why can't FG use same or better technology to combat insurgency in Nigeria?

So cutting the long story short, we decided to send her a text msg containing those information we gathered about her whereabout and she knew the game was up and decided to call her aunt, then her mom to inform them she was heading home already.

We're happy and glorify God for her safety. Thanks and God bless you all.
If you were able to pay for the tracking services, then it's not too costly for the Government to procure and use in their investigations and trackings in all their stations nationwide..

With that said,, Kidnapping will never stop in Nigeria anytime soon.

The Nigeria Police is just not ready to do the right things yet.

PRESS RELEASE BY FESTUS KEYAMO CHAMBERS

KEYAMO VOWS TO APPEAL COURT DISMISSAL OF SUIT TO COMPEL INVESTIGATION OF ATIKU OVER SPV SAGA

Earlier today, a Federal High Court in Abuja dismissed the case filed by Festus Keyamo, SAN, CON, against the candidate of the PDP in the last Presidential Election, Alhaji ATIKU Abubakar over the SPV saga principally because the court was of the opinion that the law-enforcement agencies were not given enough time to commence investigations before the suit was filed, amongst other sundry reasons.

Our client respectfully disagrees with the reasons for the said decision because the law-enforcement agencies did not indicate their willingness to commence investigations, even if they were given more time. We want to establish a legal principle that the society cannot wait as infinitum for law-enforcement agencies to do their statutory duties. The suit was designed to prompt the agencies to show their READINESS to investigate.

We are immediately filing an appeal against the said decision to the Court of Appeal as the struggle on this issue continues.

1) it had little to do with the analyst,he failed on all charges and prayers.obi has brought results just like 2019,so far he has not established anything and still intends to bring more.atiku had two months and failed to establish anything.obi has two weeks.so far the only witness he brought per the drug charge has failed.obi has two weeks left..

Looking at obi petition, there was no clear cut analysis or stats.he never brought any contrary figures showing he won, showing invalid, void, cancelled votes or where they should be rerun.he just made wild claims
Look at the first attached screenshot photo, and see for yourself what the judges decided about the results from the 11 focal states which the Atiku legal team brought to the court (through a subpoena on the INEC Chairman)

Now, see the second and third photo...
That was what the Atiku-team were able to find out after they finished analysing the INEC Results..
How they were able to pin-point the exact amount of collation errors in the 11 focal states.

Then see the fourth picture..
That was the decision of the judges about the job that was done by the expert.

So...
The things you wrote up-there were somehow generic.
They were not specific.
So, how could you be using some generic expressions to directly counter specific expressions.??

Or, can you use screenshots to explain yourself.??

Like I said earlier,, Atiku’s expert witness summed-up all the Over-votings in all those areas and got an additional 5m+ votes which were added through manipulation during collation..
But the whole analysis were dismissed in the judgement, just because the expert who did the analysis was not a certified statistician or data analyst.

TRIBUNAL DISMISSES AA, ITS CANDIDATE’S PETITION AGAINST GOV MAKINDE

The governorship election petition tribunal in Oyo state on Friday dismissed the petition of the Action Alliance (AA) and its gubernatorial candidate, Babatunde Samson Ajala, against Governor Seyi Makinde.

Earlier, at the tribunal sitting, the counsel to AA and its candidate; Barrister Etibo Orowo King, informed the tribunal that the party and its candidate had decided to discontinue the case.

King then urged the tribunal to strike out the case in the interest of the state, saying, “My prayer is for the cancellation of the result of the election, but on further re-evaluation, we decided to discontinue the case in the interest of peace and tranquility.”

The counsel to the governor, who is the second respondent in the petition, Otunba Kunle Kalejaye, in his pledge, urged the tribunal to dismiss the case, saying, “The petitioner said that the case should be struck out. We want the case to be dismissed. It is a petition that is dead on arrival.”

The tribunal led by Justice Ejiro Emudainohwu then dismissed the case and awarded the sum of N100, 000 in favour of first respondent (Independent National Electoral Commission), the sum of N250, 000 in favour of the second respondent (Governor Makinde) and the sum of N250, 000 in favour of the third respondent (Peoples Democratic Party).

TRIBUNAL UPHOLDS MAKINDE’S RE-ELECTION IN OYO

The Governorship Election Petition Tribunal, sitting in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, has upheld the re-election of Governor Seyi Makinde of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the state as declared by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

The governorship election was held on Saturday March 18 and the result was declared on Sunday March 19, 2023. Makinde polled a total of 563,617 votes to defeat his closest rival, Senator Teslim Folarin of the All Progressives Congress (APC), who scored 251,230 votes. Chief Adebayo Adelabu of the Accord came a distant third, polling 38,757.

But Folarin and Adelabu did not file any petition against Makinde before the tribunal.

The tribunal in a unanimous ruling on Friday, read by Justice Ejiron Emudainohwo, and supported by Jutices Baraka Wali, and I.S. Galadima, dismissed the petition filed by the AA governorship candidate, Babatunde Ajala, and awarded a cost of N600,000 against him.

The tribunal awarded a cost of N100,000 in favour of INEC, and N250,000 each in favour of Governor Makinde and PDP. INEC had asked for a cost of N300,000, while counsel to Makinde asked for cost of N5million, and PDP also demanded a cost of N3million. But the petitioner’s counsel pleaded for forgiveness from senior legal counsel and the panel.

In the petition, INEC was the first responded, while Governor Seyi Makinde was the second respondent. The PDP was the third respondent. A legal luminary, Otunba Kunle Kalajaiye (SAN) held brief for Governor Makinde, while Mr. Isiaka Olagunju (SAN), was the counsel for PDP.

The lead counsel to Ajala, Mr. Etibo Orowo King, had withdrawn the case before the judgment was delivered, saying the petition was withdrawn in order not to disrupt the current peace in the state, saying: “It was not a judgment. It was a ruling on our application to withdraw our petition. We actually withdrew the petition in the interest of justice, peace and tranquility in Oyo State. This is why the panel dismissed our petition based on our application for withdrawal”

Kalejaiye had told the panel before the judgment was read that it should reflect in their judgment that the Electoral Act should be amended to have a threshold that any candidate that did not score a particular number of votes should not be eligible to raise a petition against the winner of the poll. But the panel asked him during the hearing if the request would not infringe on the fundamental human rights of the candidates. And Kalajaiye said he said that to push for the amendment of the Electoral Act. But in the unanimous ruling, the panel said the request would be sent to the National Assembly.

The PDP counsel also supported the move for the amendment of the Electoral Act to reflect a threshold for eligibility to file petitions before election tribunals.

Speaking with journalists after the judgment, Kalejaiye said: “It was the final end of the petition brought by Action Alliance against the emergence of Governor Seyi Makinde in the March 18 election. The petition was essentially to ask for rerun of the election on the basis that the candidate that was cleared for the election was not the candidate that was filled for the candidate of that election and the petition was filed, and we have responded to the petition, only for us to come this morning and find out that the party and the candidates claimed that they have looked at the petition again and they are not sure that they will succeed and they brought an application to withdraw the petition.

“We are convinced that it was when they saw our response to the petition that they made up their minds on the unavailability of the petition because we attached our petition on 18 grounds and that comminated into what happened today. The tribunal has dismissed the petition and has awarded cost against Action Alliance (AA).

“But there is one thing that is very clear which I made to the tribunal. Candidates, and political parties, who performed abysmally in an election should not be allowed to come to court to waste judicial time. Where a political party only scored 387 votes, and challenged a person, who scored 563, 617 votes in all the 33 local governments, is a waste of judicial time.

“The electoral act needs to be amended to create a threshold that if you have not scored at least a quarter, or 25 per cent of all the total vote cast in a state, you should not come to the election tribunal. Three judges have left their jurisdictions to come and sit for a petition that is dead on arrival. So, only serious petitioners will have access to court. This is a call for the amendment of Electoral Act.”
