If you voted last election you’d realise accreditation was by card reader; then names are crosschecked on register sheet to be sure. Before papers are given to be voted. In cases card readers didn’t show the name; the register sheet is used.

If you followed the Atiku-Vs-Buhari Tribunal cases very well, the Card-Reader Accreditation was not used in most of the Northern part of Nigeria, and the Atiku Team wanted the court to nullify all those Polling-units where there were no Accreditation data from the Card-Reader, and in some other Polling-units where the Card-Reader Accreditation data revealed that there was over-voting.. But the tribunal ruled that Card-Reader Accreditation is not yet an acceptable process in the Electoral Act, and that the only tool through which a petitioner can establish over-voting and manipulations in the accreditation data is only through the Voters-Registers.. They ruled that the use of the Card-Reader is very commendable, but that it is not yet recognised by the current Electoral Act.

Your theory is yet to be tested.
But then, with the much things that are happening around, I don't think your theory is true.
Obasanjo suffered from the activities of N-Delta militants during his regime.
Even with all his dictatorship, he couldn't stop them.
So, Obasanjo wouldn't have done anything if he is the one in power.
And also, the Igbos do not need a dictator.

If you have a little brain you will know that the violence of the first day has put more fear to their spine, that is why they don't want to come out.

What have you to say about the recent rehabilitation of some members of Boko-Haram and Bandits (by the FG) who the FG said that had repented??
And again, what's your exact opinion about the utterances of Gumi and El-rufai that the bandits are just doing business with their kidnappings, (even though lots of lives had been lost in their kidnap operations)..

Nobody forced anybody to sit at home last week Monday.
And nobody forced anybody to sit at home today.
(There was violence on the first day - which was on the 9th August - but the same terrorist IPOB came out and publicly regretted the occurrence of the violence, and vowed that such violence won't happen again.. And that while the Sit-at-home is sacrosanct, it shouldn't be enforced with violence.)

Meanwhile, the Sit-At-Home was fully observed these two days that I mentioned above, and no violence was recorded.
..
So, what are you saying exactly?

The Sit-at-home was observed in Awka, Anambra State, and in Amawbia too.
..
The reasons of most people being that there might still be some hoodlums who might decide to come out to the streets to attack innocent people, despite the suspension of the Sit-at-home.
..
Others said that the Nigerian Police and the Nigerian Security Structure is so weak and cannot be trusted to save their lives and their businesses if they came out to do their normal businesses as usual.
..
Some few stayed at home out of their love for the Biafran Manifestation.

But the system that is in charge of the High Echelon of Anambra (that is, the king-makers of Anambra) was silenced by the activities of Peter Obi during the 2013 election.
