Tranquillity360: If Igbos will loose more, yorubas and hausafulanis would have join hand and push Igbos out of Nigeria.
They didn't fought Igbos for three year because they love Igbos and don't want them to loose.
Fact. Igbos actually fought with foreign powers for three years. Jet fighters and bombers that were donated and manned by foreigners, that was what the Igbos fought against. These war-crafts were not even procured or bought by the Nigerian side. They were donated. Just to wipe out some land-based soldiers that were using their ingenuity. But what were these aircrafts doing?? They were bombing houses and built-up structures. But the soldiers they were supposed to be attacking are inside the bushes and strategising. .. Summary: The Yorubas and Hausa-Fulanis were not actually the ones that fought the real fight against the Igbos. |

I don't know why I have this kind of PITY for this little boy she is raising with this mentality. The little guy will later grow up and join the society and see a lot of things differently. Thanks goodness he is a guy though.. He will get over the unbalanced upbringing when he starts to relate well with other guys. Had it been that she happened to be a female, she would grow up having this strong residual inherited hatred for all the male gender for no reason. |

Politics › INEC’s Results Portal: The Most Recent Election Results Should Be At The TOP by BluntCrazeMan(op): 2:26am On Jun 21, 2021*. Modified: 12:08pm On Jun 27, 2022 |
INEC should endeavour to always put the most recent Election-results at the top of the list of the Elections on their Online Virtual-Results-Portal. .. They should re-write the codes of the results portal, so that the most recent results should come at the top, while the older ones should stay at the bottom. .. It's a very frustrating internet-using-experience for someone to continue to scroll through a long list of “old elections” before getting to see the most-recent elections at the bottom. .. INEC SHOULD CORRECT THIS ERROR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

pocohantas: A mother is strong, a queen is strong and the vagina is one of the strongest creation. When you refer to yourself as a KING, it means you subconsciously think being a queen isn’t good enough.
This is what most people don't know. Like, I don't really understand why they do that. .. Even some men who see females (in totality) as some kind of lower version of males, I usually wonder what made them to be thinking like that. I mean, the roles of the men in nature are clearly different from that of women, and none of the genders can do their own roles perfectly without the need of the other gender. |

Politics › Anambra Governorship Election: Two Important Things Are Needed From INEC by BluntCrazeMan(op): 2:02am On Jun 21, 2021 |
In this oncoming Anambra State Governorship Election, Only two things are needed from INEC.
1. Electronic-Voting: (Whether it is Partial or Full Electronic-Voting, we don't really care.) At least, let the Accreditation of the voters, the Transmission of the Results, and the Collation of the Results at the various levels of collation be Fully Electronic and Automatic (not partial), and let all of them be done Real-time -- that is; Let them be done right in-front of everybody, and Not to be kept-away for them to be done sometime later in-front of only the party agents and security personnels.
2. Publish All The Results: Let the Collated Results of all the Wards and LGAs collation centres, as well as the Final Results to also be made immediately available on the Online Virtual Results-Viewing Portal as they are being released at all the Collation Centres (This should be in addition to the “Polling-units Results” that had always been there on the Virtual Results Portal) |

Talk to your fellow citizens. Get in contact with political figure tell them how to solve x. 1 issue I have is with the FG is they dont mail documents to people. I dont understand why we have NIPOST if they can't be trusted to deliver drivers licenses, passports, voter cards etc. Thanks so much for your contributions |

CandiceJay: Democracy as it out to be
It's a "people's government". In a sane democratic government, the people elect representatives and the decisions and actions taken by those constituted authorities are supposed to be for the interest of the majority while still respecting the opinions of the minority. That's one of the characteristics of Democracy.
Also is the existence of a constitution/ the rule of law which sees the constitution as supreme. The constitution is supposed to guide all actions. So in meeting the interest of the majority, authorities are not supposed to work outside of the law. It's the checking factor in play to prevent abuse of power.
A periodic free and fair election- Being a people's government, the people get to decide who represents them over a period of time and if their representative isn't meeting up to expectation, we elect someone else.
Existence of Rights- For all (majority plus minority). So even if I don't belong to the majority that voted in a ruling party, my rights should still be respected and upheld.
Public opinion as well. If not, how exactly are the people supposed to be heard Could be through the media, peaceful protests and demonstrations...
There's separation of powers amongst others...
Democracy is meant to serve, it's supposed to be beautiful, give the people a voice, and it's supposed to unite a people. But this is all "as it ought to be" not "as is practiced in Nigeria". Oh My Nigeria.!! Well.. Thanks for your response. |

Others are Police(Social security. The basis of Fundamental human Rights ascertainment, maintenance and protection)
And RESOURCES (Finding and expending all available measure of VALUE RELATIONSHIP. This is Economic security).
ELECTIONS is Political DEVOLUTION of AUTHORITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES for selecting, appointing and electing REPRESENTATIVES to grassroots local Government and STATES.
The essence is to ensure that everyone is involved.
