I don't plan on scraping the the computer yet.

I went down a rabbit hole last night researching this computer's parts. This destroyed a myth I held about laptops that they can't be upgraded besides the ram and storage.

Turns out you could, there are multiple variations of this computer made by HP, and some MBs come with dedicated Nvidia graphics, and I was able to find ones compatible with this case, also the CPU can be upgraded as well.
I found a compatible i7 CPU, and motherboard with a GT 320 Nvidia chip, on AliExpress that would both cost me roughly 45k, and it got me curious if I'd be able to not only fix it, but upgrade it, into something worthwhile.
I can get two 4GB ram sticks for 6k locally, and also 3k for a new keyboard.

If I were to pursue this route, it'd cost me around 54k, this can add at least 5 more years of life to this machine, but is it worth it? Or should I just gather enough money to buy a new computer?

Around may she got admission to University outside the state we are but the main issue is that wen she came back I was telling her about her attitudes when she was in school like most times we hardly talk but she said that I know this is her first semester in school and she apologised that it would not happen again...

Please I need help.
I received an automated call yesterday from 018xxx857 telling me that one "Richardson ____" collected a loan from one financial institution using me (my number) as a guarantor.

The said person has defaulted and they are threatening me to tell the person to pay up the loan if not his BVN will be blocked and his account will be subsequently affected and that my BVN and account will be affected as well.
I never took them seriously, since I don't know the person they are referring to and also no more details was given about the financial institution or person.

However, I received the same call this night from a different number 012xxx640 telling me the same thing.

I can't call the line since it's an automated call but I'm beginning to worry not knowing what to do exactly.

Please your advice and recommendations will be much appreciated.

When I needed this guy to help another friend who is not a mutual friend, the guy was short of cash and he needed photo and video for his wedding. So I contacted this my friend although I know he is not gonna do it for free but just reduce price from 900k to 300k cos of me, alaye stopped picking my call and when this my friend called him direct, this is what he said..

Please nairalanders. I need a job. I am presently working in a Private school earning 25k. I have a wife and two kids. Life as a private school teacher is hell. Hunger is taking a toil on us. I do private lessons to make up with my salary, but these days due to the economic situation parents are no longer interested in private lessons.
My wife was also private school teacher before she left and decided that she would get someone who can give her a tricycle to ride for a daily pay delivery. It was a decision between us, though I objected at first, but she gave reason that I earn more than her if i combine my salary and private lessons and whatever She gets from the tricycle, it will go a long way to put food on our table. She learnt how to ride the tricycle and in no time she was perfect. But unfortunately she had an accident and we have to look for money to repair the tricycle. Since then, she has been having phobia for vehicles.
Please I need help for a job better than the one I have. If i receive my salary, I am already broke a week after.
