When you say first million; do you refer to earning a million per month, a year, in one transaction, having a million in savings, or worth of a million? |
Discipline, Persistence, Focus, and Consistency are all you need to be profitable and successful in business. |

Please I want to get a mirror less camera, I am interested in canon EOS M50. I want to know how much it will cost with the accessories that come with it. Thanks. |
I am also looking for same. Can banks allow the payment? |
These are part of the stupid policies that these useless government make only to waste the scarce resources of this country then turning to start milking us dry by restricting and stealing from our Dom accounts like what is happening currently, and then increasing tariff and taxes. When foolish people are at the helm of affairs, these are the useless things they make. Of what economic value is a railway to Niger republic running into billions of dollars have to add to Nigeria economy? |
showafrica:How many times have they been told to diversify the economy away from depending on oil, but rather prefer to loot the economy. Now that there is no more money to loot, they become desperate and try to rob us of our hard earned money. I know how many hours I go without sleeping, trying to type and make videos for YouTube only for one idiot somewhere to make policies that will compensate for their incompetence and lack of foresight. It is painful and it only discourages people from working harder. No wonder you hardly see any Nigerian competing with counterparts from other countries. Our country Nigeria is highly UNSTABLE and even the most foolish of investors will not consider investing here. I am really tired of this country. |
obamartins:Thanks. A country so unstable with policies want investors. |
obamartins:Please what bank do you recommend? |
chinchonglee:Thanks, I will open with fidelity and sterling bank at once. |
chinchonglee:Do you know when it will return to normal? I am considering many options right now. |
chinchonglee:I want to open another dom account with Zenith bank or Access, do you know whether they have the same restrictions as Gtbank? |
chinchonglee:Can I use a dollar mastercard to pay online? |
chinchonglee:But my bank refused withdrawal yesterday. That is why I am asking when it was reversed. It is GTbank I am using. I get my dollars from abroad. |
chinchonglee:When did they reverse the policy please? As of yesterday, I was told I cannot withdraw from my dom account |
222Martins:Thanks. I will see what they will do next |
viviangist:Did your friend withdraw today? I want to know to start the process of opening the new dom account with his bank. And what bank is he using? |
This same stupid GTbank did the same thing to me today. I was forced to convert at their rate of 380 naira to 1 USD. If I confirm other banks are not doing this, I am going to close my account with Gtbank immediately, let me see if they will not release the money. Idiots. |
222Martins:What bank wanted changing at 398 for you? Mine was GTBank at 380. And did they later send the money for you? Please let me know. |
I tried transferring some dollars today and was asked to wait too. I waited, nothing happened so I had to sell to the bank at even 380 (so painful). But I was caught unawares that is why, By next month, they will not see my money. If they prevent me from transferring, I will simply leave it there till my children grow to use it. Useless government policies. How would I sweat to earn money online only for the government to decide how I use it? |

If it is just a blog that you do not collect people's card details or you do make payments why bother yourself over it? Except it is necessary, you do not need it. |
I will leave this $500 and see how to exchange it when it gets to 500 naira |
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EuJDq7740Yg “My dear citizens, I am very grateful to God and to all Nigerians for their prayers. I am pleased to be back on home soil among my brothers and sisters. In the course of my stay in the United Kingdom, I have been kept in daily touch with events at home. Nigerians are robust and lively in discussing their affairs, but I was distressed to notice that some of the comments, especially in the social media have crossed our national red lines by daring to question our collective existence as a nation. This is a step too far. In 2003 after I joined partisan politics, the late Chief Emeka Ojukwu came and stayed as my guest in my hometown Daura. Over two days we discussed in great depth till late into the night and analyzed the problems of Nigeria. We both came to the conclusion that the country must remain one and united. Nigeria’s unity is settled and not negotiable. We shall not allow irresponsible elements to start trouble and when things get bad they run away and saddle others with the responsibility of bringing back order, if necessary with their blood. Every Nigerian has the right to live and pursue his business anywhere in Nigeria without let or hindrance. I believe the very vast majority of Nigerians share this view. This is not to deny that there are legitimate concerns. Every group has a grievance. But the beauty and attraction of a federation is that it allows different groups to air their grievances and work out a mode of co-existence. The National Assembly and the National Council of State are the legitimate and appropriate bodies for national discourse. The national consensus is that, it is better to live together than to live apart. Furthermore, I am charging the Security Agencies not to let the successes achieved in the last 18 months be a sign to relax. Terrorists and criminals must be fought and destroyed relentlessly so that the majority of us can live in peace and safety. Therefore we are going to reinforce and reinvigorate the fight not only against; • elements of Boko Haram which are attempting a new series of attacks on soft targets • kidnappings, farmers versus herdsmen clashes, • in addition to ethnic violence fuelled by political mischief makers. We shall tackle them all. Finally, dear Nigerians, our collective interest now is to eschew petty differences and come together to face common challenges of; • economic security, • political evolution and integration • as well as lasting peace among all Nigerians. I remain resolutely committed to ensuring that these goals are achieved and maintained. I am so glad to be home. Thank you and may God bless our dear Nation.” |
