Dear fellow Nairalanders, I have seen many people who claimed to be mentor but have never met a man, mentor, boss, like the owner of this thread-Pioneerwriter. Like a normal hustler, anytime I come online,Nairaland is my first port of call and business section is my first destination. I have come across this thread on a number of occasions but usually skip it due to too many people who claim to know how to help people make money online but lack the knowledge and can't do proper follow up. Along the line, a spirit told me to open the thread and dropped my mail and whatsapp number. To my surprise, Pioneerwriter sent me the guide and even took me by the hand and painstakingly answered my questions one after the other and even took whatever issue I had more serious than me. He is guiding me now to make my account approved and ensure I have nothing less than 4.5 rating and he even promised to train me more to become a pro in this money making site. This is a man I have never met visually in my life and am sure I will come here soon to tell my success story on Nairaland. Mind you,I won't tell my success story without mentioning him. Pioneerwriter, I say thank you sir in a million!!!!!!! |

k HIV in reservoir cells, to die through apoptosisWith the successful suppression of the Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) virus (HIV) through medication, the focus turns toward its eradication.Researchers from Kumamoto University in Japan have developed a new compound that is key to the destruction of HIV. When the compound is introduced into infected cells, viral budding (release) is suppressed thereby confining it within the host cells. The cells then die naturally through apoptosis (cell death). It is hoped that this treatment will lead to the complete recovery from AIDS in the near future. The study titled “A clue to unprecedented strategy to HIV eradication: “Lock-in and apoptosis” was published October 2, 2017, in the journal Scientific Reports. In recent years, multi-drug therapy has made it possible to suppress HIV multiplication in the body when taken properly. This method, however, cannot remove the virus particles of the latent HIV reservoir — non-replicating virus particles that remain dormant in the cells of the body. As soon as drug administration is stopped, the viral load will again increase in the body. Removal of the viral reservoir is currently the top goal in AIDS research. The “kick and kill” approach, which was developed several years ago, is a strategy for killing reservoir cells. This technique uses a drug that targets the reservoir cells and activates the virus, which then allows the immune system to find these cell using the activated virus as a landmark. Although this approach was clinically tested, there is still the problem of not being able to efficiently deactivate the virus after successful activation.Researchers at Kumamoto University developed a new approach that they call “Lock-in and apoptosis.” First, they synthesized the compound L-HIPPO, which binds strongly to the HIV protein Pr55Gag and suppresses viral budding. When L-HIPPO was added to virus-infected cells via a carrier called α-CDE, the virus became confined within the cell and the cell would die through natural apoptosis.“Unfortunately, this approach is not immediately available for people infected with HIV,” said Associate Professor Mikako Fujita of Kumamoto University, one of the leaders of the study. “First, we have to improve upon the drugs that activate the virus and combine them with L-HIPPO to efficiently target the viral reservoir. This would be a big step towards a complete recovery from HIV. We believe that our research will help to completely eradicate AIDS.”Get thousands of free final year project topics and materials sorted by subject tohelp with your research |

He said the truth. Baba Michael pays his I the regularly even from the meagre he earns as a security man in a school, yet he can't afford to eat 3 square meals, let alone send Michael to school. Michael stays with his uncle who sends him to a public primary school. |

Crush was a soft drink with the likes of parley soda, Gold spot and Limca. Even their crates were made of wood. And i remember bornvita was packaged in a dark brown bottle with blue or purple cover. I love circus light back then and this track event spoken in french anchore by turtle-neck wearing men where human beings wear animal-like casing. They usually start wth something like "high. Spoke" with whistle blow. Gone were the days of story-land anchored by a man who played guitar,Speak-out,tales by moon-light every sunday evening at 6:30. Chief Zebrudaya and Jegede Sokoya with Ramota and Ginringori's Masqurade. Then LTV/LWT and I remember the news sound-track of LTV where we have concentric circles rolling and flashing. Wonder woman, Doctor who and I won't forget our black and white president TV with knuckle-twisting channel changer plus I used my bare hands twist antenna like "kilode" to get clear channels asking whoever was inside " se o ti clear. I wish i could turn back the hand of the clock. Now,am a proud father of two(a boy an a girl) expecting my third child. Lol summerflame90: |

I was an mtn rebound and I swear I'm in heaven right now.. The network isn't 100%. . But can I complain when I'm not spending a dime
their network is not as bad as it used to be.. I download movies of even 200mb with it.. With a few settings here nd there you're good to go.. I swear I had no idea how much I was wasting on mtn when I could have been using this all this while
